I've acquired these covers on two occasions—initially opting for the Classic version in Ash several months back and subsequently trying the water-resistant version, also in Ash. The water-resistant variant appears significantly darker than the Classic and lacks the tying feature underneath present in the Classic version. Despite not achieving complete satisfaction, my options for individual cushion covers for my couch are limited. I've assigned a 3-star rating, contemplating another purchase unless a superior alternative surfaces.

This company is a total rip-off. Claims to be UK based with excellent customer service, but it's all fake! It's shocking that they are allowed to mislead people like this. I ordered something, and when I saw how long it would take to get here, I tried to cancel for 5 days with no reply from Sofaguards. The only answer I got after many emails was that my order was shipped. When I tracked it, it was all lies—nothing had been sent. Stay away from this deceitful company. I'm sure there are other honest businesses in the UK offering sofa covers.

I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 cushion covers and they came in colors that don’t even match what was shown online. I asked for a refund and was told there might be "variations" and they offered me 20% money back or a 20.% discount on my next purchase! I declined, and they gave me a random address in China to send it back—at my own expense. Totally unfair! After questioning them, I’ve been ignored by "Abby" despite multiple emails. I'll have to try getting my money back through my credit card.

I purchased 3 covers, 2 sofas, and a sofabed. The colors and patterns of the products are nice, and the fabric is thin but that's okay. Delivery was fine. However, I have to give a lower score because both sofa covers are too small even though our sofas fit the required measurements. Whenever you sit down, the polystyrene sticks pop up and need to be pushed back into place repeatedly. It's embarrassing when visitors are over. I'm disappointed. I would consider buying again if they improved the sizes and fit.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company! It's based in China, but there's no mention that returns have to be sent back there. They say they cover the cost, but there's no clarity on international returns. The customer service is terrible! Every time I reach out, it feels like I'm talking to a robot with automated emails. There's no other way to contact a real support team, just this robot named Abby! This company should be reported and shut down right away for scamming people.

Bought 2 covers based on the measurements but they don't fit. Have been giving me the run around, continuously asking for more photos, and finally they've offered a 30% refund, going against what they say in their website. Their customer service is horrible. Definitely stay away, I'm basically going to lose $130 on this product that I can't use.

The quality is horrible and they look nothing like the photos on their website. The fit on the couch cushions is atrocious. I'm currently trying to return them but also getting the run around from their customer service although their product was not at all what they advertised... absolutely a fraudulent company.

The specially ordered cushions fit perfectly, which is great. However, I'm not in love with the color options available this time. The previous order had a better color selection for our home. If I could custom order my original choice, it would be a 5-star experience. I do plan to purchase more as a backup.

I like how comfy these couch covers are, and the color's just right. Only thing, the pillow covers leave part of the pillow exposed, wish they were fully covered. It'd be better if they had a style with a zipper for full coverage. But overall, my couch looks fresh!

Very thin terrible quality therefore impossible to get them to fit neatly. No returns or refunds if size or color are incorrect. Note there is no address or company registration number on their website. Cheaper much better quality covers are available elsewhere.

Really like the texture and appearance of the material. I bought a couch cover and a futon cover. The futon cover was just right, but the couch cover was too small even though I measured and used the size guide. I hope to exchange it for the correct size.

As the others have said the material is cheap, and when I requested a refund I was completely fobbed off by the custoner service robot Abby. Just glad I only bought a small item in the sale. Don't get caught out!!

This company, located in China, has shocking customer service. They don't provide a returns address in the UK. The products are not the sizes they claim. DO NOT buy from them.

Thes fit our sofa perfectily! We already had ordered a pair and I decided to order more. They are easy to care for and have protected the sofa from two dogs and their jumping!

The covers are sturdy, look good, and fit well on any couch! We have an unusual sectional, and managed to get them on our cushions in under 10 minutes.

Th comapny has serius issu's with cover sizes. Returns are a nightmere! Slow and only get 20% refund, after crazy back-and-forth emails for weeks.
