I was not impressed with the website. Once I had signed up for the free week trial I realized it was not able to give me the information I needed. I canceled the day of signing up ( or thought I did) only to find out I was charged not once but twice after my attempt to cancel. I partly blame myself for not checking my credit card statements thoroughly but annoyed that my cancellation did not go through the first time. Disappointed in the site and in the billing. I will never trust a seven day trial again!

The company is amazing! I found all the info I needed, even more. Though, I made a mistake buying a pran that costed too much. But Customer Service was super quick in refunding all my money without asking any questions. I didn't expect that at all. I've told my family about this site, they all had a great time. Thanks for being so promt!

I found a house in my area and they said the report was ready, but I had to sign up for a 7 day trial to see it. There was an option for a $1.00 basic report or $5.00 for the full report that I could download. I went for the $5.00 option. But once I got access, they had no info on the adress. I tried two more addresses and the results were just as bad. The fourth try gave me some information, but it was not complete at all. I canceled the trial, but they still took my $5.00. Not really worth it in my opinion.

I noticed my home, owned for 20 years, listed under wrong names. I asked for a correction, but they said it couldn't be done. They said the info came from public sources. The names listed never owned this property. They then asked if I was a member. It costs to join, and doesn't fix the wrong data. Very unsettling.

I am extremely disappointed with the accuracy of the information provided on this site. The majority of the data, including owner information, is outdated by years. Additionally, the home values are incorrect by tens of thousands of dollars. I strongly advise against using this site.

I wanted a house report, the site said pay $1 to view it. I paid, but the site kept saying to pay $1 again. I paid twice and the same thing happened. They charged me twice, I emailed them but got no reply. They only sent automated emails saying 'pay $1 to see your report...'

Unbelievably slow! Unlike Zillow or Redfin, which give public data for free, Ownerly tries to grab my email to spam and asks for $1 just to give me 25 reports! With a setup like this, I don't see much of a future for this so-called business—oh wait, I meant company, garbage!

After trying the free trial, I decided to cancel because the details they had about me were wrong. They listed names of Mexican men, but I'm a white woman. Worse, some of the people listed are dead. They still charged me, leaving my account overdue.

I needed details about a property I own in the US, and the data I got from Ownerly was both complete and correct. It really helped me find out that some updates are needed because the deed wasn’t correctly filed with the county. Thanks. Michael Z.

The company is a mess. We are buying a plot of land. There were no documents available. Our existing property only has records from this year (and it's worth a million dollars). Complete waste of time. Don’t waste your money!

The company didn't bring any new data. Registering was simple but cancelling was tricky. Now I don't want a monthly plan. My trust in them isn't strong. They need to be clearer about signing up and make cancelling simpler.

The details about my house were completely wrong. There was no current owner listed, and the home value was just empty. I canceled my subscription within 10 minutes of signing up for the free trial. Really bad company!

It looked like they had the info I needed, but after paying the fee, there was nothing found. What a disgusting cash grab.

What an unhelpful site. It took up my time with misleading tactics that show little respect to the customer.
