I signed up and paid the upfront membership then waited almost a month for the telemedicine appointment in late December. At the time of the appointment everything seemed alright except I was told that they could not ship the lower cost compounded meds to California and I would have to get it through a pharmacy. I have them my Amazon pharmacy but the prescriptions were denied based on supply issues. All this before they had determine if my insurance covered the meds. I had asked how much it could cost and was told it's could be as much as $1,500 month. They finally told me that my insurance wouldn't cover it but they wouldn't know how much the prescription would cost unless they called it in to a pharmacy and see what the price comes back as . I agreed..... We tried every pharmacy within a reasonable driving distance and nobody would fill the prescription. They tried one pharmacy several times with the different meds and the pharmacy ended up calling me to tell me to stop trying to get GLP 1s, they can't even fill requests for people with diabetes much less off label weight loss. They told me that I had better not try again! Great. So, no insurance coverage, no ability for them to ship to California which they didn't tell me until my session with the doctor and finally no pharmacy would fill the prescription. I cancelled but was told that the initial $300 was not refundable since I had my doctor session. I didn't argue, I just cancelled my subscription. Many pharmacies won't prescribed these meds for weight loss so be aware of they can't provide you with their compounded versions.

My very first order with LifeMD was a mess. It took over 4 weeks to get my order and I couldn’t back out because I paid for 6 months of memory. As a response they gave me 2 months additional for free - did not want it. Then by the time you are already one week in, you have to order your next refill because it takes 3 weeks to process and get delivered. No one has touched bases with me. Yes they just upped.m my dose based on me logging weight. No one has reached out, or actually humanized the process. Then this week, I received the “shipping” and “delivery” notification on the same day and I was not home and my medicine sat in the 90+ degree heat for over 2 days, as I was not expecting delivery. They have a horrible packaging of the medicine with super cheap ice packs in a cardboard box and for spending over $300 on medicine they could do a better job keeping it safe for people. You don’t have to sign for it and it’s just thrown on the porch like an Amazon box. I’ve requested a replacement now due to the medicine being exposed to extreme heat for days and now I’m being told it will be 10-14 business days before someone gets back to me! Are you kidding me!? Of course I emailed back and have yet to get a response, but if I didn’t have to pay for the monthly membership, I would have not ordered more medicine with LifeMD! I would NOT recommend them to anyone who actually cares about where they’re spending their money and if the medicine they’re getting is being shipped with safety precautions in mind! 👎

Not enough adjectives to describe my level of shock at how disorganized this organization is. I patiently waited 3 weeks for an appointment, all the while they have already charged me for a membership I was getting no benefit. After my first appointment, I was told I would get my prescription with in a week but when I inquired online to find out the status because there was no evidence it has shipped, they told me 10-14 days. I called and was told that was incorrect. I received my first prescription within 7 days. Next prescription was ordered on May 13 to ensure arrival before I was ready to start week 5. To this date June 1, no sign of this prescription and no response or promised phone calls. Now there is a new prescription ordered on May 30. Nobody knows if I will ever receive the May 13 order and there is no tracking order on the May 30 order. Actually noone has actually answered one question. Just a bunch of aplogies and false promises. Now nobody answers the phone and you are directed to a portal with no information and if you get a response it will be 5 days later. I forewarn anyone interested in this program, don't do this to your self.

I won’t write reviews unless I believe strongly about the service or product. And I read reviews about everything. Now, I don’t live in California as one person mentioned, so I can’t relate. My doctor recommended this company and I couldn’t be happier. I haven’t had any issues, I had my appointment with the doctor within the week. With that being said you do have to watch the videos and fill out any missing information. That didn’t take much time. Had my visit, the medication arrived sooner than stated and I’m on my third dose. The questions I’ve asked on the website have been answered within the same day. With that being said, I may have missed some fine print somewhere but know that you are signing up for a quarterly membership on top of your medication. It’s not crazy pricey but just know that. In the very beginning of the process, that is where you are choosing the membership type. I didn’t realize that but I’m still fine with it. Again I called and they were happy to walk me through it. Overall would I recommend to a friend, absolutely!

Skip Did the pre-paid to save, have 30 money back but ur first appointment is at 30 days so you can not get cash back before u start, orders dont get process by MEDICAL people, dont get sent to vendor and vendor can not keep supply (thats what they say = growing pains) product.... 4 months lost 4 lb and tons of pain as u run out and it wears off then have to start all over and it messes with u body....or it is just junk ur shooing in IDK. Get 1 out of 5 calls / IM's returned and then they say sorry were working on it and no your not getting any refunds even though this is Life MD issue not yours. By the way $300 for 4 month of appoints that I only got 1 PLUS $100 in med the first month then jumps to $270 the next month classic bait and switch scam. They run East coast time so people like me in west coast have less in a day to call so I have to take time off work to make calls that next to never happen. 4 calls in 2 day to cancel... only cancel by phone but easy to take cash online and with app in seconds..

I have been taking trizepetide since 2nd week April 2024. Lost 25 pounds and still going. Other than 1 month with a small delay in delivery the meds came JUST in time. The Dr.s and staff did their best to push it out from the pharmacy. My calls are always taken and put at ease. Appointments made and had were a delight with my million questions and concerns answered. From the medical side to customer service I have been given excellent care and service. I have had the side affect of feeling a little tired after shot day, so now I take it at night before bed. Side affect gone. I have been moved up enough to have weight loss but not too fast where I am not able to re build my eating habits and create a lifestyle change. That part is a process as we all know but doing my best. Life MD has made my transition to weight loss easy and stress free. I would recommend friends and family. Worth EVERYpenny I have spent. Top notch all around including the quality of trizepetide I personally have received.

I've been facing a significant issue with the company's customer service, as I've been waiting for a response through their portal, direct email (including one addressed to the 'president'), and by phone for almost three weeks now. Strangely, it appears that they respond more promptly to customer reviews than to actual customer service inquiries. In my frustration, I find myself resorting to leaving a review in the hopes of getting some assistance. Without the reassurance from positive reviews, I would have seriously questioned if I've fallen victim to a scam. My specific concern revolves around my request for a cancellation and refund for the weight management program. This request stems from being declined for coverage and personal decisions. I have been on the Semaglutide with Life Md for 3 months, and it is a great process my weight loss journey is meeting all expectations. I wanted to come on here to give insight on their billing cause if you read reviews like I do Billing and Product reviews are my main concern when looking at Reviews. I had a billing discrepancy recently I noticed and called right away. I was afraid I was going to have to put up a fight and be irate to get results, but I was surprised and pleased with the Rep. Stephanie listened to my issue, resolved it, and had my money placed back in my account before I hung up the phone. I was so pleased and surprised I had to share my experience; my internet carrier doesn't correct errors in billing that fast. I had to leave this info for anyone who reads reviews for Validation of a company. I also look forward to continuing my journey with LifeMD it get this weight off these hips

I’ve been a LifeMD patient since October 2023, and overall, my experience has been positive. Dr. Teena Harrison, my primary physician, has been excellent. However, there are a couple of areas where LifeMD could improve. Portal and Messenger Response Times: While the services provided by LifeMD are great, the portal and messenger response times could be faster. Efficient communication is crucial, especially in healthcare. Random Doctor Switches: LifeMD occasionally switches out doctors for prescheduled appointments. Personally, I prefer consistency and would rather stick with my chosen doctor. However, this might not be an issue for everyone. I recommend LifeMD. My complaints are more personal preferences than widespread service issues. If you’re looking for telehealth services, give them a try!

There add popped up about sleep support while scrolling on a Sunday. I answered the questions it recommended a drug. Based on the description it sounded like a stronger version of melatonin. Decided to try 2 months worth but after I processed the order thru paypal, it was for 4 months worth. There was no means to cancel the order to resubmit for lower amount. The support ticket button wasn't working, so I sent an email, called several "support" phone numbers which indicated no one was there. Got message they would get back to in within 24hrs. But there was a "doctor" available to okay the prescription & next thing the order indicates it was shipped, on a Sunday? Based on other reviews I've read, it appears I have 4 months of pills that won't work. There's something not right here.

I'm truly impressed with the concept behind this company. My nurse, Mandy, delivered exceptional care, displaying attentiveness, knowledge, and engaging communication. The team's responsiveness to my inquiries was commendable. However, a concerning aspect is the compounding pharmacy they utilize, which claims accreditation without being recognized by any national accrediting agency. To validate, I tested other compounding agencies and easily found their accreditations. Additionally, their chosen compounding agency is entangled in a lawsuit regarding the safety of their products. Despite the company's solid program and the amazing team at LifeMD, I strongly urge them to consider an alternative compounding agency for their weight loss medications.

Unfortunately I like many others I’m seeing in here have not received my refund or anything from them. The ad said instantly we would be refunded if it was found we would not qualify for this program. My weight was not enough and sadly I had already paid $300. Now I’m just out that much money and not feeling better about myself at all. I think we all need to contact the Better Business Bureau or someone and the federal level so this does not continue to happen to others. I’m reading the same story over and over on here. Obviously that’s why you pay upfront. I wanted the medicine but did not get it or my refund as advertised. What I got was taken for a ride and lost $300.00

They don’t tell you upfront that you have to pay monthly dues plus the medicine. That’s fine. It’s still comes into the reasonable price. The problem is they took too many people in at the beginning of the year. They could not fulfill any refill requests for two months.. then when the appointment time comes, they don’t show up for your appointments so you have to make another appointment to get your refills. I got one refill in three months because of their backlog and they were unwilling to work with me whatsoever. Offered to give me a free month if I signed up for another three months, but I was unwilling to go through their horrendous program any further

I just joined today and thought my medication would be covered. I paid nearly $300 for three months, but after it charged my card, it says I can't even get an appointment for three weeks. Why pay for something I'm not getting? I won't even receive medication because I said I don't have insurance that covers it. Am I paying for someone to negotiate insurance I don't have? Very misleading and deceptive. I want a full refund or I'll dispute it with my credit card company. I work for a business credit reporting agency and checked your company's score after seeing negative reviews. It's very bad. Please refund me, or I'll complain to BBB and my company.

My experience with this company was disappointing. In my initial appointment with Corky, she was 40 minutes late, citing the previous patient's lengthy questions. The distracting background screen and limited question time added to the frustration. Opting for a different doctor, Dr. Culpepper, brought little improvement. He arrived slightly late, focused solely on medication options without personal engagement, resembling a sales call. Abruptly ending the session due to his schedule was unprofessional. After these encounters, my confidence in the company waned, and I opted out due to the unreliable service and unprofessional conduct.

I had been considering starting a GLP1 medication, but wasn’t sure where to start. After some research I found Life MD online. I had a live virtual consultation with a Nurse Practitioner who was very informative and answered all my questions. I was given information about the facility the medication comes from. The site has resources to assist with weight loss. App to track progress and reach out with any concerns. Medications are delivered to my home in safe refridgerated packaging. I just started week 6 and I’m down 13lbs. Minimal side effects. Very happy with this program so far.

Allot of skepticism about these “wonder drugs”, but in truth if you follow the plan and change your life to a more healthier way of living, this program is for your. So many people want a quick drug to fix their life long habits of self destruction. Personally, this has helped me with nutrition, exercise. I look and feel better each day. This is not a shot and it will fix evertyhing. Work and change is needed to ensure the best outcome is received. Overall, great company, service and would highly recommend it to those who are really looking for a change in lifestyle.

AMAZING Experience

Life MD has significantly helped me in my weight loss journey. I have struggled and engaged the yo-yo outcomes with every type of weight loss path. I have been on the Semaglutide since July 1 and I've lost 30 pounds. The food noise in my brain is gone and I'm making healthy, sensible choices, but also eating what I want just in smaller portions and I do not experience the urge to snack. The support team is so helpful, encouraging and responsive when I have questions. This was the best decision I have ever made in regards to my weight loss goals.

Delays and communication

I feel the delays are unacceptable. Renewed prescription over 3 weeks ago and no communication until I contacted them. Once I replied I got a quick response apologizing but still no prescription. Same thing with my first script. When I’m paying a three month fee for something and then one month of delays this is not acceptable. I will say that two free months of counseling was added for the first delay though. I’m just skeptical to stick with this based on the delays. It’s a shame though because the medicine has been showing results.

STOP! Before you make a decision about your health, read this. Imagine this scenario: I trusted this company with my medical needs, sharing my condition and medications upfront. I was assured they had what I needed, Contrave or Adipex-P. But when I arrived, they offered neither—only Tirzepatide and Semaglutide, medications I couldn't use with my diabetes. They took my $50 and left me feeling scammed, bombarding my phone afterward. Don't fall into the same trap I did. Avoid this dishonesty at all costs! Your health deserves better.

Great Service for Weight Mgmt

Service has been great for weight management. Getting an appointment can be tricky, but you may not always need one. The doctors I have encountered have been very pleasant and happy to answer my questions. I gave them 4 stars because I struggle with the app on my phone. It is constantly updating and I have to re-enter the login each time (which means changing my pw). Just a PITA, not horrible. Overall, if you are looking for a weight managment program with the added benefits of a teledoc, this is the site for you.

Ordered a sleeping med and took it for 4 nightsbeing however it did not work well... took hours to fall asleep. Called lifeMD and no problem throw the pills you have out and we send another brand. Not a refund but a replacement. I was good with that. 10 days go by and no drugs. I called and after being transferred around 4 times I was told that they would not refund or replace. So I am stuck with $200 pills that don't work and no (promised) refund. This with a very condescending attitude

I was told fees would be: $387 for 6 months membership. Meds were priced at $99 for 10 units, $129 for 20 units, $159 for 30 units, and $239 for 40-100 units. The first two orders were billed right, but the next two were charged $189 and $269, which is $30 more each than I was promised. I should get back the extra $60 that was taken from my card. The delay was also annoying - 10-14 days became almost 3 weeks. After that, deliveries got faster. NOT HAPPY at all with the extra charges.

I was a bit unsure at first about using an app for my medical care, but LifeMD turned out to be a great choice. Their services feel very tailored, and I've always sensed a real interest in my health with every interaction. Teena from the Care Team has been super helpful—she genuinely seems to care about my health and goals, and I've felt supported through every stage. If you're thinking about trying LifeMD, I can honestly recomend them. They really provide what they promise!

Big Scam

I have sleep issues. I approached LifeMD answered handful of questions, paid $270 and received pills to help with sleep. I took the pills for two days and effect was the opposite I hardly got any sleep during. I communicated that to my assigned Dr with response. So I stopped the meds on my own. The only response I got was not to explain my options yet to explain how I am out my money and out of luck on this one.. this is not a medical organization this is a scam.

Initially intrigued by the high medication prices, I opted to explore a new sleep aid as my current one proved ineffective. Unfortunately, after the doctor chose not to prescribe the medication without a clear explanation, I accepted the cancellation. The issue arose when they refused to refund my payment, despite no service or product received. LifeMD falls short on customer satisfaction, leaving me dissatisfied with their practices. Caution is advised.

I had it on my list for the last 10 yrs that I would lose some weight and get back to my 20’s body. Thanks to LIFE I was able to do that, I lost the total of 45lbs. I’m so happy I was able to accomplish this goal. LIFE also showed me how to eat better and keep exercising as part of my daily routine. Everyone at LIFE were very nice and supportive of my goals and achievements, Thank you LIFE for giving me a new chance of living a better well balance life.
