This practice is highly unusual, and I caution against both purchasing from this company and complying with such unusual requests.

She worked hard to find answers to all my questions. My products arrived quickly without any problems. I've got them installed and they're working well. I've got another order coming soon. I received only 2 out of the 3 cans of paint I ordered due to stock limitations. While satisfied with what I got, it would be helpful to have an estimated timeline for when the out-of-stock product might be replenished. I checked all local hardware shops and big retailers including Amazon. None had the Shulte brand shelf supports for my coated wire shelves. They are sturdier and slightly wider to fit my 35 year old closet shelving. Hardware World had them - and I got them in 2 days. Quite happy.
