Like many instruction manuals, liftmaster’s manual wasn’t very helpful. Denise’s support and advice were great, and when she wasn’t sure of the answer, she found it. And when we figured something out together, she was curious about what worked best. In short, she was involved, attentive, and committed to helping me, which is what anyone would hope for. After spending the weekend running line voltage in pipe, digging trenches, etc., before I left the site where I installed the equipment, I had to see those gates open and close!!! And Denise made it happen.

However, I received a phone call from Gatecrafters, and they told me the price I paid for next-day shipping was a mistake. They refused to honor the pricing their own site provided for me. I requested a refund, and we'll see if that actually happens. This has been the single worst online purchase experience I've ever had. I cannot recommend this company due to their dishonest shipping practices.
