Communication was great. Serena was really helpful and replied quickly. The paperwork was a bit overwhelming, but Serena supported us through it. Her team was also helpful and followed up on our questions. Serena made the process nicer by being friendly and confirming everything. Overall, we're really pleased with the service from Ashton Reeves.
