Ordering on December 11, 2023, was a breeze, but the anticipation turned into frustration as the delivery dragged on until January 6, 2024. I had expected a much quicker turnaround and was disappointed by the delay. The process of moving our old washer and dryer to the garage, as per AC's request, was swift. However, the delivery team, consisting of two rather unfriendly individuals, hastily unwrapped the Electrolux appliances and left promptly. In the midst of this chaotic experience, Celia emerged as the only beacon of reason. She acknowledged the inconvenience and offered a $50 credit for the trouble we endured. While we appreciate this gesture, it's evident that more comprehensive information should be provided during the initial purchase. The email suggesting the placement of old appliances in the garage for easy pickup hinted at the absence of white glove service, a detail that might have been better communicated by the salesperson. Now, we're left organizing an electrician to connect everything, as we opted not to choose the white glove service. Despite the hiccups, Celia's assistance did provide a measure of relief in an otherwise less-than-ideal situation.

I placed an order for a refrigerator, but to my dismay, they mistakenly shipped a stove instead. Naturally, I declined the stove and promptly decided to cancel the order, anticipating a lengthy wait for the refrigerator to be shipped. Unfortunately, my troubles escalated when Appliance Connection insisted on withholding my $3000 refund until their third-party shipper retrieved the unsolicited stove. Three weeks have passed, and the shipper remains clueless about the stove's return, providing no estimated timeline and refusing to furnish a tracking number. As a result, I find myself out $3000 for an item I never received. Appliance Connection has placed the onus on me for their error in sending the incorrect item and for their shipper's lackluster performance. This entire ordeal has left me deeply dissatisfied with the company, and I would caution others considering their services.

I'd think twice before going with

I'd think twice before going with this company. Make sure the appliances you want are actually available in your area before you commit. My partner and I recently bought a new place in Chicago and decided to get our appliances from Appliances Connection. We set up the delivery ahead of time, but when moving day came, we found out that the local branch had closed and we wouldn't be getting our appliances. They didn't even bother to tell us beforehand; I had to call them to find out. I don’t know if this is how they usually operate, but it felt pretty unfair to cancel our order without even offering a refund. It would have been better if they had warned us in advance about the closure. Honestly, I'd recommend spending a bit more and going to a more well-known store like Costco, Sam’s Club, or Home Depot.

Appliances Connection folded on the very day my installation was set to happen. The delivery firm claimed that all the company's assets were seized owing to a court-ordered bankruptcy. They insisted on their inability to deliver my oven. Seriously? I had to involve the police, my lawyer, and the Attorney General's office for Oregon. This is an awful situation! I've paid for the goods, but they think they can just keep my money? Absolutely not! Steer clear of this company!

We contacted Appliance Connection randomly after doing an internet search. We worked with representative Danielle Coleman who made the process seemless, easy and super efficient in meeting our needs. We had ordered our dream stove in a quick manor after she had carefully answered all our questions and walked us though each step. Amazing customer service. We will be returning to Appliances Connection for all our appliance needs in the future.

Danilee was my sells person and she is the nicest persone you could ever talk too. She is soft spoken but she communicates clearly and precisely with zero surprises. Every question was answered to my satisfaction and I felt no pressure at all. I actually hung up when done but then called back half an hour later to place my order. Had a bit of a hiccup with a dishwasher purchase, encountered some issues, and got passed around to different folks without a resolution. Just when I was getting frustrated, I connected with Ledio, and he really came through! Managed to get everything sorted out, and what impressed me the most was the follow-up call at the end of the day to ensure everything was okay. Top-notch service, especially thanks to Ledio!
