Suche nach Mallorca-Stationen war leicht, Filter für Automatik hilfreich. Voucher kam sofort. Bedingungen zu Kaution und Tankregel klar verlinkt. Ein Punkt Abzug, weil der Partner vor Ort Zusatzverkauf pushte. Support von Vipcars erklärte mir vorher alles transparent.

Gemieteter Wagen (im Endeffekt war es weego) verkehrsuntüchtig, keine Verantwortung nachdem ich das Problem gemeldet habe. (Hier ist weego unter aller Kritik) Dh. gemietete und bezahlte Leistung bei VIP CARS nicht erhalten und jetzt 2 Monate später werde ich immer noch nach 34 Emails (trotz Frist die ich gesetzt habe) vertröstet.

Really the worst experience with a rental company, never book a car through them!

Really the worst experience with a booking agent I ever had. I booked a car from Europcar through VIP Cars, then during pick-up the car was not at its spot, and since it was just around the time the counter closed, there was also nobody form Europcar around to help us. Finally we had to get another car at 10pm in the night, which was a nightmare. Next morning I called Europcar and they apologised and reimbursed immediately the money. But when contancting VIPCars and asking them to also reimburse their fee as the contract did not happen and it was not our fault, they opened a ticket and it took them 4 weeks to process it. And after that they refused to reimburse the money claiming that Europcar said it wasnt their fault, although Europcar clearly said that and excused, and actually also reimbursed the money. This is the worst behavior of a rental company I have ever experienced. Don't book a car here, never!

AVOID – THEY WILL BASICALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY I made the mistake of using this company to make a europcar booking, for pickup at Vancouver airport. I was refused the car because I did not have my own credit card on me with which to pay a $500 deposit.. I offered a debit card – not accepted. My wife offered her credit card – not accepted. VIP cars, and europcar, referred me to a section of europcar’s conditions which says the named driver’s credit card should be used for the deposit. However, there is definite ambiguity in the wording – for example it says “in the event of not having a credit card the hirer might” – so might, but not will – “have the booking refused.” It also says that if you don’t have your own credit card your booking may “be subject to additional fees” thereby implying that the booking could still go ahead. I was offered no such option. I was told at one point by the woman at the desk that their “system couldn’t handle debit cards”. Seriously? Or, um, a lie? What I haven’t said is that, of course, they took all my money anyway. I’ve been trying to get a refund ever since and of course nobody has any answers to my many questions. It cost me £350 and huge amount of stress to get another car, that afternoon, to enable us to take our son and his girlfriend on a roadtrip. For her birthday. Europcar have been utterly useless, unsympathetic and non-responsive. I have since read online reviews of them which describe experiences far worse than mine. They obviously don’t care. Nor do VIP cars. The amount I’m trying to recover is relatively small but sometimes in life you feel you’ve just had it with these unaccountable, borderline scammers. As are VIP cars and europcar.

Every single element of the highly-questionable and inconsistent customer feedback regarding a booking was proven to be entirely incorrect at the rental desk. The confirmation voucher was rejected after a name change. The new named driver was finally accepted after 30 minutes of arguing with a rental desk manager, but they had to use a credit card - despite all the VIP emails confiding it wasn't necessary - meaning we had to again change the name driver at the rental desk to our elderly mother of a 7 seater vehicle. The security deposit was double what VIP stated on the voucher. Trying to contact VIP Cars was entirely redundant either by telephone or the non-existent live chat, making the supposed “24/7 excellent customer support” as redundant as booking with them in the first place. with their This was all foreseen to happen through all the consistent and wildly contradictory messages from the "Customer Support Specialists" and it did. Even Enterprise themselves berated VIP Cars and their practices saying "they are a nightmare". DO NOT waste your time and money giving commissions to incompetents. Read the reviews. Go direct to the vendor and save yourself the hassle and stress. Or use a reputable company with customer support standards. An absolute car crash of a company.

ONLINE SCAM!!! ARNAQUE!!! Booked online reservation with full insurance payed on website but when i picked up the car, Europcar told me you are not covered and with this insurance... so need to pay one more time at the agency... Normaly with my online reservation, it was free to give back the car in an another agency, but Europcar told me you have to pay 140 euros.... RUN AWAY VIPCARS, ONLINE SCAM !!! FUYEZ C EST UNE ARNAQUE!!!!

What a scam! I had to cancel my booking, and VIPCARS charged me a $7 negotiation fee despite claiming cancellations are free. On top of that, they asked me to withdraw my review to get reimbursed. It's both blackmail and a scam!

At first, I thought the price for the valet

At first, I thought the price for the valet (cleaning) of my car while it was parked was a bit high for just a quick wash and wipe. But when I picked it up, I was impressed by how clean and shiny it looked! I've tried a few other valeting services, and for reference, my car is a Honda 66 HR-V in a deep lush royal sapphire blue. They managed to bring out the richness of the color, and it’s definitely one of the best valets I’ve had. Also, I left personal items in the car, and they were still there, so thank you for everything. I’d love to use the same products at home or ask my valet to use them next time. Even after 4 days and several trips, my car still looks great.

Boeken ging razendsnel: data invullen, filters op automaat en SUV, en klaar. De navigatie is strak en de uitleg over borg, eigen risico en extra's staat helder bij elke aanbieder. Registreren was zo gepiept en de voucher kwam direct per mail. Kleine leercurve om de brandstof- en kilometerpolicy te vergelijken, maar de info-bolletjes helpen daar echt bij. Prima tool voor snelle vergelijking.

The online check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from a Renault Clio to a Volkswagen Golf Diesel upon car collection. VIP Cars is great. I usually find good deals with them, and the 48-hour cancellation policy lets me keep checking for a better offer until 2 days before pickup. I really recomend. When I’ve called their support, they answer fast and are always kind.
