I recently bought a guide for a Ford Escape. A few of the links didn't work, so I sent an email to the contact address and received a quick and useful response. After upgrading my Adobe reader to the newest version, things improved. The printouts with the updated Adobe now show a Current View, which is better but still not perfect. The downloading method is somewhat odd, but if you follow the steps, the Download Button will show up and you can get your manual. Overall, seems like a fair deal.
