I liked using Tripster.

I liked using Tripster. I bought 5 tickets to the Georgia aquarium through them, and it saved me almost $100 compared to buying directly from the aquarium. The only reason I took away a star is because I bought the tickets the night before, and they didn't send any confirmation or tickets. I was really nervous thinking it might be a scam. I sent so many messages. The next day, still nothing. I was on my way to the aquarium without any tickets because Tripster wasn’t open yet. Eventually, I got a message from them, and they were able to send me the confirmation with the tickets just as I was walking into the aquarium, feeling anxious. Everything worked out, but it would have been better to get the tickets right after purchase.

The food could use some improvement

The food could use some improvement (On the Spirit of Baltimore that docked last Saturday in Washington DC)! The buffet menu, like shrimp and lobster, fried fish, rice, should be changed for the price they're asking for us to enjoy ourselves... They should give out free mimosa during dinner. My waitress, Thelma, was very nice. Your crew needs new uniforms. They should be neat and coordinated from head to toe. The DJ was nice. Oh, and it flooded into the dinner part on the third level where we were assigned seating, I guess a piece of equipment had busted.

The website was simple to navigate, and having all the attractions in one spot made it convenient. I rated it 4 stars because even though Uplift is an option in Canada, it wasn't offered at checkout. If it's available to Canadians, it should be on the site for us too, as we do visit these places and often plan trips around them.

Visited the capybara section and wandered through the rest of the aquarium until closing. There aren’t many tiny aquatic creatures, but the dolphins, otters, and pelicans are fun to watch. Considering the ticket cost, it’s a good way to save some cash.

Changing our event days for a combo

Changing our event days for a combo ticket was quite hassle-free thanks to Tripster. It took just a quick 10-minute chat session, and Barbie from customer service was really helpful and got things done smoothly.

The company offers good value. It's convenient to book an excursion and hotel in one place. It would be better if there was a search option when you first visit the site tho.

You won't get to choose your seat. Even if you paid for the event, they still give you random seats for the show.

At the museum, our barcode pinged and we walked right in past a long queue. Kids cheered. Worth the planning.

The combo deal seemed

The combo deal seemed great, saving us $40, which we appreciated. But, we were caught off guard when we found out the Anakeesta ticket was a "voucher," not an actual ticket. This meant waiting in a much longer line with everyone else buying tickets. The $40 savings wasn't worth the extra time spent waiting in line for official tickets. If we had known, we could have planned for the extra wait time. Thanks for listening to our feedback.

The company's service has been efficient. Though there's a hiccup with order confirmation, they're fixing it. Normally, such hitches are solved in minutes. If you don't get confirmation in 60 minutes, contact them.

I was happy to have my tickets for local attractions

I was happy to have my tickets for local attractions in Gatlinburg confirmed early, but I still had to wait in line for the real tickets. This made me think that buying them from Tripster wasn’t worth it.
