My experience with the company was highly disappointing. The customer service was exceptionally rude, and I was unpleasantly surprised by unauthorized charges. I was forced into an unnecessary ticket upgrade, costing me an extra $95.98. Obtaining my e-ticket was a prolonged ordeal, requiring three consecutive days of frustrating phone calls, each lasting two hours. This initial and final encounter with the company leaves me with no intention of using their services again.
