I read through the agreement because I was looking to see if there was a penalty for paying off early and there isn’t! That was important to me! I had done weeks of research and their interest rate is better than my credit cards which is why I took the loan in the first place! One payment instead of 4, I appreciated that! I like the convenience they offer for automatic payment debit every month so I don’t have to worry about it! Again, I would highly recommend SoFi because of my positive experience with them

After completing the application and providing the required documents, XYZ Company processed my request rapidly and approved my loan within minutes. I was amazed. Thanks to them, I got a second opportunity to combine all my credit card debts into one easily manageable monthly payment. I can't think of any areas that need improvement, XYZ Company is top-notch in my opinion. They truly lightened my load. So, I extend my gratitude and genuine appreciation.

From my experience with Sofi, I only dealt with personal loans. Their processes were simple and quick. They've been nice to me and their customer service is good. I look at other financial services too. Many offers seem better than Sofi's, but they usually aren't. Sofi is honest about rates and terms, always giving the best.

SoFI has been alright during my time using it. But lately, they've added fees, which isn't good. ACH returns, overdrafts... that's just not acceptable. Also, the 'bonus' thing with direct deposit setup. Come on... Seriously, just stop that. There's no reason for it. And 2FA. It's 2024. Yes, we need 2FA, but give people a proper choice. The standard is TOTP, not text, which often doesn't show up. Same with email. Let customers choose a different, proper 2FA method.

There was no recourse or appeal process, just apologies. Customer service was inconsistent with no continuity between calls, forcing me to repeat the situation every time. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I wouldn't choose SoFi again.
