You told me to contact PayPal, and they directed me back to you, so I paid for something I never received. Just like you promised extra coins for buying due to the Olympics, but that didn't happen. I’ve been waiting for 6 days now despite their claim of 1-2 business days for a reply. The customer service reps are friendly but cannot actually solve the problem, so I don't see the point of their answering the phone.
