There are some genuinely skilled and bright individuals, especially among the leaders. The organization is pretty straightforward with little internal politics. If you're proactive and determined, you can truly influence the company. Cons As with any smaller company, there are limited opportunities for advancement. There are some issues with growth -- HR and IT resources could be improved.

Occasionally, there are a few weeks where daily sign-ins aren't necessary, but uploading data can still take 3 to 5 minutes, which feels excessive, especially since it demands Bluetooth to be on constantly. There are brief periods where data uploads quickly, within seconds, which is great, but these are short-lived. After about a week, the slow cycle starts all over again. This inconsistency in performance is frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this app based on my experience.
