I got my veteran case for my iPhone 16 Pro, and I must say it looks fantastic. The Marine Corps design on it makes me proud to carry it around. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score is that I couldn’t find any info about where it’s made. I assumed it was from a US company. However, after sending a few emails because it was taking longer than expected, I found out they’re based overseas. The case itself is awesome, but they should let customers know upfront about shipping times and where they are located.

Still not happy

I purchased the 250th Army anniversary embroidered hat for my father in law. He is a Vietnam Veteran. I was shipped a less than hat with an off centered patch sewn on. CS answered and stated they would the hat I ordered and while this in embroidered, it is a flimsy hat with some differences from the picture of original item. I am very disappointed and will not order further from this company and I did see things I wanted. See photos…clearly not the same hat. 😒

Don't waste your money or time

Saw a hoodie/jacket that would be perfect for my retired Marine Corps husband. Placed the order well before their "order by X date to ensure delivery bt Christmas." They claim 5 days from order time. Waited almost 2 weeks, nothing. Contacted customer support as the tracking said it was at the export facility. I began researching the company and discovered this is not a US company a few hours from my location, but an overseas company. Customer support finally got back with me and said they were working to get the package delivered, here's the tracking number. Tracking has not been updated since 12/18/2025 (it's now 12/24) and there's no package. Contacted support again and asked for a solution, as I followed their timeline for ordering. No response. So, no one is responding, I have no package, tracking shows nothing, and I am going to contact my credit card company to claw back my money. Terrible experience, and I feel scammed.

Returns or exchanges not accepted!

My order of a USMC shirt took almost 2 weeks to receive. And when it arrived it was way too large and the fabric was slippery and shiny. It was not as expected. I contacted customer service the next day. They said it was not a defect and they would accept no returns or exchanges. They offered me a 20% discount on a future order. I told them return was what I needed and contacted them again. They do not stand behind their products. They also said the shirts are made “overseas” and take too long to ship back. Terrible company!

Fake reviews

The reviews on gearvet are fake reviews! You think you're supporting veterans,but the items come from Vietnam NOT AMERICA!! They send the wrong order and then lie about their mistake. The phone numbers are bogus and you will NEVER speak to anyone!
