The five stars are for the excellent customer service, thanks Cindy for your help. I ordered two caps and shirts (for my 91 year old dad and husband, both Air Force). The caps weren’t embroidered but screen printed, though they seemed embroidered in the photos. Still, they look sharp with the designs. The golf-style shirt looks nice and my dad will like it. The button-down shirt is also good with really nice graphics, but the first button is too low and leaves a lot of space at the chest, so my husband might need to wear a t-shirt underneath or I’ll need to add another button/button hole at the top for a better fit. Overall, the items I ordered look good and I’m sure both men will receive plenty of compliments on their caps and shirts. Thanks again Cindy for your great customer service.

Front Door mat

Just received my mat today. First of all, I did find it funny that I am ordering items focused around the US Military, but it ships from China. Second if all, I was expected an outdoor mat for my front door, what I received looked more like a bath mat that arrived folded in quarters. The picture on it looked good, but It was definitely not worth what it cost. Unfortunately their website says you cannot return it if you are not happy with it. Lesson learned not to shop with this company again.

I tried to buy a hat from this company

I tried to buy a hat from this company, but they somehow duplicated my order and charged me for two extra hats. I’ve been trying to reach them, but all I get is emails and no one actually talks to me. They charged me $58 for two hats I never wanted. I’ve been talking to Jack and Cindy, and they keep saying my ticket is made, but I’ve sent my number and still no one has called me. I had to tell my bank, and now I’m sending all the emails to them to try and get my $58.98 back. Not impressed at all with how they’ve handled things, especially as a first-time customer. I’m also a VETERAN, just so you know.

Very disappointed in Gearvet!

I ordered a certain jacket for my Navy Veteran brother for Christmas this year. I ordered early in December to insure shipping before 12/25/24. My brother received a week before Christmas but the quality of the jacket was very disappointing. I've repeatedly emailed and received little response. I even sent a picture of the jacket received and it was not the picture of the $80 jacket I ordered. Terrible customer service and when I called the phone number listed there was no answer. Not sure what to do now that my brother threw away label. Lack of communication and poor quality product.

Pile of crap

First of all you think you are receiving items from the US but the stuff is made what they say in Vietnam. Takes forever to receive the merchandise. I ordered two hats and when they finally arrived no support in the material, oversized buckle and the embroidery was the worst. Did not even look like the photos they have on their website. It looks like some child tried to sew the material together. Just crappy workmanship. I would be so embarrassed to wear these hats. Positive reviews sound like fakes.

The jacket I ordered is total junk. Cheaply made stickers on leather jacket.

I ordered my husband the leather jacket with the Marine corps emblems on it. They are stickers. They came off as I took it out of the bag. I can't believe you can sell such an inferior product. I've ordered hats from you before and was pleased. I'm not happy with this purchase at all and I would like my money refunded as soon as possible.

Wrong item received

I ordered a MarineCorp 250 th hat but the one I received it not the same hat it it a very cheap looking hat not the same as pictured. Very disappointed and cannot get ahold of anyone at the company the phone numbers do not work. Will never order from this company again

Top-Notch Service and Sharp-Looking Gear!

Wow, hats off to Cindy for her amazing customer service! I recently ordered some gear for my 91-year-old dad and my husband, both Air Force vets. Got them two ball caps and a couple of shirts. I thought the caps were embroidered, but turns out they’re screen-printed. No biggie though—they still look pretty sharp with the graphics. The golf-style shirt I got for my dad looks fantastic, he’s gonna love it for sure. The button-down shirt is cool too with some awesome graphics. Only hiccup is that the first button is kinda low, leaving too much chest exposed. So, my husband might need to wear a tee underneath, or I’ll have to sew on an extra button to fix that. All in all, the stuff looks great and I’m sure both my dad and husband will get loads of compliments on their new caps and shirts. Big shoutout to Cindy for making this a smooth experience!

Got my order the other

Got my order the other day and wow, the quality and craftsmanship of the design really blew me away. Took about 16 days to get here, and they kept me updated with tracking info the whole time. The fit? Spot on. The polo shirt drapes just right, not too tight, not too loose. This isn't my first rodeo with Gearvet. I've bought a few things from them before and been happy every single time. Perfect Shirts and Outstanding Service!

I picked out three Hawaiian style shirts with VV/USAF/ARMY designs, but they turned out to be smaller than expected. I reached out to Cindy, and she was super helpful, replacing them at no extra cost. The new shirts arrived just in time for our reunion, which was awesome. I got a Vietnam jacket for my family member’s 75th birthday I asked for the Sargent stripes to go on one sleeve and a flag on the other and the Vietnam veteran sign on the back jack and Cindy were great helping me it took a bit to arrive but it came out real nice it fit Brian just right the flag and stripes were done very well Brian felt touched getting a gift like that thanks jack and Cindy at Gearvet I realy suggest them

Stumbling upon this company was such a pleasant surprise! My husband, who’s always been proud of his service to our country, was delighted when I gifted him these shirts. I couldn't resist getting a bunch for him. The look on his face when he saw them was priceless, and he absolutely adores them. They fit perfectly and the fabric is top-notch, even after a few washes. Pride and Patriotism in Every Stitch

I got this U.S. Navy camo shirt, and let me tell you, it's really well made. At 91, being a Korean War vet, living in a retirement community, it's a big deal to show off some patriotism. Most folks here are quite old, and they love seeing us vets wear our pride. This shirt is gonna get me loads of compliments for sure.
