I needed some info about my NIF and reached out to e-residence's customer service through WhatsApp. This guy, Edward, was the one who got back to me. He was super helpful and really knew his stuff. He went through all my questions with patience and made sure I got the whole process. You could tell Edward genuinely wanted to assist me, and it wasn't just about ticking boxes. It felt good knowing someone was actually listening and keen to help. I'm really grateful for his help and definitely plan to stick with e-residence because of this great experience. Big shoutout to Edward for being so awesome!
