Multiple messages were ignored, only when I commented publicly on a post did I get a late response. Very annoying. But it reflects the experiences shared here.

I ordered a dress from there, and for the price, the quality was really terrible. Even SheIn stuff looks better than this product. I sent the dress back, but still haven’t got a refund. I’m glad I paid with Paypal and have buyer protection. Otherwise, I probably wouldn’t have seen my money again. I warn everyone not to buy from this place!!

The Avenue is always on time with my orders. No waiting for 2 months to find out the item isn't coming. Clothes come packed well, so they're safe. But, besides shipping, Avenue offers a lot. When it says "butter soft" for denim, it's really soft. You don't need to wash it many times to wear. Prices are good, especially during sales.

Two items I got are not the right size from what I ordered online. The sizes I received were Small and Medium. I ordered sizes 16 & 18. Sadly, I can’t return them since they’re marked as final sale. I don’t mind not returning items if they’re the correct size. Other items are fine.

Emails sent to their customer service address often bounce back due to a full mailbox, and if they do go through, don't count on a response as they rarely reply. Orders can sit in fulfillment for 6 to 7 days, and trying to cancel an order is a challenge. Even after an hour on hold, they refuse cancellations. They might promise expedited shipping to get you off the line, only to later inform you via email that it will be sent by standard mail. I will not be dealing with this company again due to their terrible customer service.
