The product quality disappoints, featuring inexpensive and shiny materials. Despite a second attempt, both items still reflect subpar craftsmanship. My experience leaves me dissatisfied and disheartened with the overall product quality.

The refund policy is laughable. Customer service is non-existent and indifferent; they dismiss you like they're doing a favor. I won't buy from this company again, and I'll warn everyone I know to steer clear. Awful company.

Two items I bought weren’t the correct size compared to what I chose online. The sizes sent to me were Small and Medium. I ordered size 16 & 18. Sadly, I can’t send them back because they say final sale on the tags. I don’t care about returning stuff if they fit right. The rest of the order is fine.

I received my order 12 days after I paid - not very quick, and shipping cost me 10.99. The item is really tiny-2-3 sizes smaller than I thought! Now I must pay 10.99 AGAIN to send back this junk! They will charge me more than $20 for nothing!

I can't believe these are really Avenue clothes!! The stitching is awful and there are strings hanging all over, lace just cut and not hemmed. Jeans look so worn out I’m scared to wash them. I used to buy from Avenue all the time, but not anymore!! Their quality used to be like Lane Bryant and Torrid back then. Now I find cheaper clothes on TEMU!! That’s what I’ll stick to. This whole order seemed off. I reached out to Avenue because I couldn’t find my order on their site, so I couldn’t track it! They said no order found. Then suddenly a big package showed up out of nowhere?? Don’t fall for it, girl!! The long and expensive returns are a headache. I don’t even know where these came from? I’m sure I ordered from their official site??

I tried to make a purchase on 10/13 and my order was declined but Avenue still put a $225.82 hold on my bank account. I called and spoke with someone who said the hold would be removed in 24 hrs and I could try again without problems. On Tuesday 10/14 I tried another order and the same thing happend, my order was declined and Avenue placed a $221 hold again. I called Avenue and they could not tell me why the holds were there or why no orders went through. I have called every day, even today 10/16, and still no answers. My bank cant release the money until Avenue removes the hold. Over $400 stuck with no reason.

I have bought from this store for many years. My last order never came, so I reached out to customer service. The problem was the shipping label missed my suite number and it got sent back - TWICE. I got a refund for the items BUT NOT SHIPPING. When I asked about the shipping refund, they said 3-5 business days. After 12 days with no refund, I called again. They claimed PayPal was refunded, but I checked and it was not. Avenue customer service reply: Sorry, have a nice day.
