I recently discovered that they shamelessly appropriated a photo of mine from Twitter and shamefully used it to promote their website. As someone employed at an embroidery shop, I had a unique and special creation made for myself, only to find out that this company is deceitfully presenting it as their own. The blatant theft of my personal photo not only violates my privacy but also reflects a complete lack of integrity on the part of this company. It's disheartening to see such unethical behavior in the business world, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with a company that resorts to such underhanded tactics. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share this warning with others to ensure they are aware of the dishonest practices employed by this company.

I recently purchased a "limited time only" item from this company with the intention of gifting it for Christmas. Regrettably, the parcel was stolen upon delivery at my end. Eager to resolve the situation, I promptly emailed the company, expressing my interest in repurchasing the item. I want to emphasize that I neither requested a replacement nor placed any blame on the company for the unfortunate theft. My only intention was to inquire about the possibility of acquiring the item once more. Disappointingly, I never received a response from the company. This lack of communication struck me as remarkably unprofessional, and it left me feeling unsatisfied with the overall customer experience.

I'm having a bad experience! I ordered a T-shirt on June 8th. After three weeks, I asked about the order’s status to my parent's house. From then on, I didn’t get any help from them. They claimed it was delivered, but it wasn’t. I've asked them to check with their shipping company (DHL) and provide all records, but they haven’t done that. They told me to contact DHL myself, UNBELIEVABLE!! I tried reaching DHL, but their ROBOT REP needs a shipping number I don’t have; Viralstyle does. My advice is to avoid this company; they’re not trustworthy.

After 8 long weeks of waiting, I finally received my refund last week on February 7. It took a lot of effort on my part to constantly reach out to Viralstyle and I even got to a point where I felt like they were tired of hearing from me. In my previous emails, I mentioned how others warned me about not expecting much from Viralstyle. Despite all this, I did appreciate getting my refund and feeling like my time was well spent in the end. I just hope that they take this feedback seriously and treat their customers better in the future.

What a Crappy Store!

The T-shirt I ordered didn't arrive on time, but when it did I was very disappointed with the quality. The printing was a faded white (not like in the company picture) and also appears smaller. I wrote customer service about returning it and after several days, was told all sales were final unless it was defective. (Does poor quality count as defective?) I went back to the website to see where it said that all sales were final, but couldn't find that information. My fault for not checking the reviews. Buyers beware!!

I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a hoodie for my son, who is sick with cancer, but what I got was poor quality and unusable. They don't offer exchanges or refunds, and it's not cheap! I would not recommend this site to anyone, especially if you are buying for someone with LCH histiocytosis. It's a letdown that they don't donate anything to the cause, even though it's mentioned on the histiocytosis page. I will be requesting to have this removed.

It's clear Elon Musk struggles to attract reputable advertisers to his platform "Twixtter," leading to shady businesses like this. They're nothing but thieves.

The shirts arrived and are awful, like a blast from the 70s. The plastic print is really bad. No order confirmation email, just a PayPal notice of payment. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a cup for my granddaughter, and it was supposed to arrive on January 5th. I haven't received any confirmation email or any update about my order, except for the money being taken out of my bank account. If this isn't resolved soon, I will have my bank report this company for fraud. Don't test me, I know how to contact BBB.

Bad products!

Bad delivery, ordered 2 T-shirts, delivery was different with over a week delay. One came with USPS, one with DHL. No international tracking codes to follow the shipment. Customs fees were added without any prior notice. Customer service was also very poor. Better to skip this and avoid the hassle. One star is still too much!!

I suspect this might be a scam. I bought a Dodgers hat in June and got no updates. I emailed several times for order info. Eventually, it showed as shipped, but USPS tracking just says the label was created and they're waiting for the hat. No response to my emails. I’m now figuring out how to report this to the authorities.

The worst experience ever. They openly copy designs from other shops and slap them on cheap t-shirts. They then offer these at lower prices than the original stores. They lack any sense of honesty or originality. It’s surprising they haven't faced legal action and are still in business. STAY AWAY!

I bought 2 shirts in different colors, but they sent me both in the same shade. They didn't help me at all. Also, the quality of the t-shirts is bad, rough and itchy. Finally, the printing looks cheap, with colors that are flat and lifeless, just like my whole experiance with ViralStyle.

One star because there's no way to give a 0. They take your payment right away, then claim the item has shipped when it actually hasn’t. I’ve reported them to the Texas State Attorney for fraud, and I’m working with my bank and credit card company to have this flagged as fraud.

Received a Cease & Desist for Copyright infringement. Attempted to reach out to their support and legal team through email but received no response. Unfortunately, my copyrighted design remains live and unauthorized on their site. Cannot recommend supporting them.

I ordered a polo shirt through Viralstyle, and it came from vitestars.com. When it showed up, I was suprised by how low the quality was, and the logos were pressed on way too far down the shirt. I reached out to Viralstyle right away and Haley from customer support got back to me very quickly. I sent her a photo of what I got. She saw the problem and helped sort out a refund just yesterday. Got the money back from vitestar today! So even though the shirt wasn't good – the help I got to fix it was really good. Big thanks to Haley at Viralstyle.

Even though there are a lot of reviews about Viralstyle that aren’t so great, I had a really easy experience with my order. My Detroit Lions Snoopy Long-Sleeve arrived faster than I thought it would. I was expecting it on February 2nd, but it showed up FIVE days earlier than planned. The package was sealed properly and everything was in great shape. Even though the Lions didn’t make it to the big game, I’m still going to wear it during Superbowl LIX. Go Lions! Thanks for the awesome product Viralstyle!

So I ordered the ltd edition Paul McCartney

So I ordered the ltd edition Paul McCartney hoodie and then saw the revues and thought, oh no, I should’ve read them earlier. Anyway, it came today. Took about 3 weeks. Other things I’ve bought have taken just as long or more, so I was happy with the timing. The quality is really good, a nice solid fit, it felt just right, and the logo was spot on, so that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
