Eventually, I got the right format for the passport office. It’s unclear why the initial photo wasn’t in the correct format as stated. Claiming a 100% guarantee is a bold statement. A bit more focus on the details would be helpful.

I applied for a China visa. While I haven't got it yet, it seems like the online visa application accepted the photo. I'm pretty happy with the experience . . . BUT . . . I noticed a one-star review that said that the company sells your credit card information. That didn't happen to me that I know of, but I did receive two phishing emails within two days of getting my photo. I am suspicious because I got TWO in two days, I have never had this type of email before, and I have not conducted any other transactions that would make me suspicious. Perhaps unfairly I am taking away two stars. If others have similar experiences, they need to write about them in their reviews.
