Rey managed a tough phone call with great skill. He stayed polite (even when I wasn’t, and I said sorry), he was detailed, and he did exactly what he promised to fix the issue. We’re moving to a new home, so the furniture is still not set up. What I see is Rey knows how to deliver great service even in hard times. Thanks, Rey.

The chair was just like they said it would be. It's what I expected from reading the good reviews. I wanted an Eames chair for a long time but couldn't afford the real one. I've sat in real Eames chairs before, and this one seems the same. I'm happy with it. Diego did good.

The customer support is excellent. My shipment contained two boxes, but only one arrived initially. After a few weeks, I received the missing box through a new procedure. The prompt resolution and assistance from the support team were greatly appreciated.

Despite being labeled as the "tall version," it feels disproportionately small for my 6' height. Moreover, my emails requesting assistance have gone unanswered, resulting in an overall unpleasant experience with Sohnne. I wouldn't recommend their products, considering the numerous alternatives available in the market.
