Following my previous issues with their service, I received a gift as an apology from them. I chose the "Heavenly Hug" bundle with the word "brother" engraved. Since early January, I've been consistently reaching out through emails about the shipping and delivery. Today, the package arrived, or should I say, an empty gift bag was delivered. I am extremely disappointed with this company. Save your money and avoid purchasing from them unless you're prepared for the ongoing frustration of either not getting your items for months or not receiving them at all.

Ring is not like the one in the ad pics. It's really small. The metal looks really cheep and the word breathe has letters smudged together. There are cheaper rings on Amazon that are better made!! Very disapointed.

I feel this company truly cares about their customers. They are always ready to answer any questions and check back to make sure you’re happy with what you bought. I’ve gotten four rings from them, and when my jeweler saw the first one, he was really amazed. He said he would have never guessed the price I paid if I didn’t tell him. He said it looks way more expensive. The ring still looks just like when I first wore it. I don’t recall exactly when I bought it, but it’s almost five years ago. I really like their rings because many come in one size fits all. My hands aren’t very big, but my knuckles are large, and rings with fixed sizes are almost imposible for me to wear. I would suggest this company because their customer service is great and the products are better than you might expect, especially when buying online.

Hope Rings did a great job with my recent order of two “Just Breathe” rings. I got one for each of my adult daughters to give them later this year. I chose that phrase because in our kitchen we have a sign that says (Breathe, Breathe, Breathe.) They saw it daily as kids in our home. So it was very special for me to pick those exact rings from Hope Rings. Note; they arrived fast after I placed the order.
