My experience with Povison overall was fantastic. While I thoroughly enjoyed the seamless ordering process and was particularly pleased with the product's virtual appearance and description, there was a minor hiccup that left me a bit unsettled. I recall being promised an extra discount in exchange for providing my email address, but unfortunately, the code I received turned out to be invalid. What bothered me more was the absence of a means to verify the code, which left me slightly disappointed. Nevertheless, I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of the product and reserving my final judgment until I can see it in person. The ease of ordering, however, was commendable and contributed to an overall positive shopping experience with Povison.

Company is just about impossible to deal with. Customer service is terrible. Got one quote for white glove delivery then got a different one from another service rep. When paid for upgrade, information not sent to warehouse. Another call to provision and the customer service rep then tells me about older emails sent to me. Ludicrous. No update on my payment which I have confirmation of. Still no update on delivery. This company is preposterous.

I gave 4 stars because the table we got had just three holes for attaching the tabletop, while it needed a fourth, which we had to drill ourselves for the last set of screws and nuts. The box was a bit damaged, but thankfully, the top was fine. We like the special table and are pretty satisfied with it.

They asked if I had a car, and I told them I didn’t, that I’m just using Uber. Yet, they still charged me for parking. I had to call many times to speak with someone and get the parking fee removed. Every time I called, I was kept waiting. And when they finally answered, they put me on hold again.

So far, our experience with Povison customer

So far, our experience with Povison customer support has been disappointing and not helpful, but it's still early, so I will update this review if their service gets better. Right now, we have a table where the center leaf doesn't align with the two semicircular sides. I contacted Povison, and they sent me a short video of a fix for a completely different issue with a different table. On top of that, we are elderly, have arthritis, and are not good with DIY. The table was pricey, and we paid an extra $200 for assembly. The assemblers followed the one-page directions and did a careful job, but the table has several defects, the biggest being the misalignment of the leaf. I’m still hoping Povison will assist us, but I’ll update this review, whether it gets better or worse.

It took an agonizing 3-4 weeks

It took an agonizing 3-4 weeks for my furniture to arrive, and when it did, it was in the worst condition imaginable. The damage was beyond anything I've encountered before. To make matters worse, the company refused to send someone to pick up the item. Consequently, my husband and I had to deal with the hassle of disposing of this huge, damaged piece ourselves. To add insult to injury, our waste management company wouldn't accept it unless it fit in the dumpster, so we had to painstakingly detach the entire thing. This entire ordeal has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I have no intention of making any future purchases from this company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service!! STAY AWAY!! Paid $1,000 for 4 chairs that came all defective and looked used! Have sent 6 emails so far to their customer service with NO response as of yet. I’ve contacted the BBB and my credit card company to reverse charges. THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

I got a broken item, and even after reaching out to support right away, the return process has been a real hassle. It’s not right to have to wait just to send back a faulty product. This situation has made me question whether they run a trustworthy business.

Worst experience ever

This company failed to get my shipment out on time, and let it ride around in a truck for weeks. I asked them for a refund, and now they are trying to hold my money hostage until I delete my negative reviews.
