Das Sideboard wirkt massiv und sauber lackiert. Ich fühlte mich bestätigt, weil Farben und Maße exakt zur Skizze passten. Nach dem Aufbau war endlich Ordnung, sehr zufrieden.

After having my beautiful dining room table, which I really like, for nearly a year, I noticed two small but concerning blemishes on the leg structure. I reached out to the company and was lucky to be helped by Rhythm, who asked for photos and quickly began addressing my inquiry, going beyond to solve my problem. She managed the whole process from start to finish. The response was quick, polite, respectful, and kind. They fixed my issue completely. Rhythm was considerate, apologetic, and made the experience personal, so I felt like I wasn’t dealing with a large company, but more like a small family-run business. We bought a kitchen island from Homary. The delivery company was not very flexible, but customer service gave us a $100 refund for the delay. When we opened the 3 boxes, there was a strong smell that made my throat burn and I had to leave the room. Each time I returned, the smell was still strong. My husband read the instructions and it said to let the island air out for 2 weeks. That worried us. I didn’t want to store food in it right away. The instructions also said to hire a professional assembler. These things were not mentioned on the website. My husband called customer service and Kevin answered. Kevin was very patient, kind, and helpful. He quickly found a solution and gave us a fair discount, which we appreciated. Now the island pieces are airing out downstairs. It looks like it will be a very nice, strong island. We are very happy with Kevin’s fast and big help!!! Thank you Kevin!!!

As soon as I contacted customer service, they quickly replied and were really helpful, and it got sorted out. Got a tv stand and one of the drawers arrived damaged. I think it was the shipping, not the product itself. The rest of it is solid, looks nice, and made well. Tracy was amazing. You rarely see companies actually call and email to help fix a problem, but Homary does. Definitely worth buying from them, this is my second item and I will keep ordering.

Homary.com is makkelijk te navigeren met goede filters en maatinfo. Registreren en de bezorgafspraak voor grootmeubels plannen ging zonder stress. Wel even de leveringsvoorwaarden lezen bij zware items, maar de instructies zijn duidelijk. Al met al soepel gestart.

Prachtige foto’s en complete maatvoering maakten kiezen makkelijk. Bestellen verliep soepel en levering werd ingepland met tijdvak. Een klein krasje op een paneel werd snel opgelost met een vervangstuk. Communicatie was netjes, al kon de wachttijd bij chat korter.

I ordered an expensive vanity stool from Homary. When it arrived, assembly was challenging as the metal tracks on the seat barely fit the extensions on the legs. After struggling to put it together, only 2 of the 8 screw holes lined up, preventing secure assembly. While disassembling for return, my husband cut his hand on the sharp metal extensions. Despite my efforts, Homary has been refusing to send a return label and refund my approximately THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS for about a week. They've provided various nonsensical explanations for not issuing a return label and refund. I'm still awaiting resolution. I won't order from them again, and I advise caution when purchasing expensive items, as getting a refund for defective products may be challenging.

Ik heb een klok besteld. Erg duur. Klantenservice reageert niet zoals het hoort. De klok is defect geleverd. Ik vraag om een retourlabel, maar zij doen er heel langdradig over. Elke keer sturen zij instructies hoe ik de klok moet bedienen, terwijl ik van alles heb geprobeerd. Nu moet ik het product retourneren en terugbetaling krijgen. Het duurt allemaal erg lang en communicatie is alleen via e-mail mogelijk. Krijg niet op tijd reactie.

Avoid this company. It's a scam; they refuse to refund your money for returns. Despite responding to reviews and asking customers to reach out, their assistance is unhelpful, consisting of apologies and survey requests. I won't provide my order number since they haven't been helpful, and my bank will handle the issue. This company should be shut down. I'm still surprised I fell for the positive reviews.

The item took over a month to arrive. When it finally came, there was a dent on the frame, and it wasn't straight. The material used to attach the crystals was poor quality and didn't fit properly. I wouldn't recommend buying this product.
