    The ordering software is hard to use and quite confusing. We tried to order 2 separate chaise lounges, but the software wouldn’t add them to the cart. Plus, there was no color chart available for selecting colors. We had to call for help. The software doesn’t work well with all browsers.

    I wish they had explained the difference between smooth black and textured black better. I chose textured black to prevent slipping in the chairs, and I hope that was the right choice.

    Ugh, the struggle is real!

    Ugh, the struggle is real! Trying to add two more chairs to my order, but it's like wrestling with a stock issue. The chat's moving at a snail's pace, and they're passing me around like a hot potato. Three people later, and I'm still in the dark about whether these chairs need to come from the vendor first. And, oh, can I still snag 'em at the same price and use my discount code? Talk about a headache! Wish they'd make it as straightforward as a good ol' USA date entry.

    Quite annoying!

    Ordering samples was a real struggle. Couldn't get all 5 I wanted, only managed to grab 2. For someone looking to splurge on patio furniture, this process should be easier. Quite annoying!

    Terrible Customer Service

    After calling Patio Living customer service, I was told that a supervisor would return my call, but I never received a call back after 3 attempts. This on-line company failed to include in its specifications that the $899 chairs I purchased had to be assembled. In addition, when parts came damaged they failed to assist with replacements, so I had to call the manufacturer directly. I will never make another purchase from Patio Living.

    Horrible Experience

    They tell you you will receive a 10% off for first time buyers, but not applied. In addition, it says 2-4 shipping for a specific color umbrella, but it's been over 2 months since order was placed and still have not received order. They take no accountability and threaten with cancellation and or restocking fees if you don't continue waiting it out indefinitely. It has been the worst customer service experience to date.
