The service is good overall. However, there is one issue I've noticed: some numbers that I know to be correct keep showing up as not found. This can be a bit annoying, but otherwise, everything works fine.

Despite clarifying that I wasn't the intended individual, they insisted on obtaining personal information, which I rightfully declined. Despite my explicit request to cease the calls and make a note in their records, the relentless calls persist, leading to an unsatisfactory experience.

I'm confused how Numlookup even has more than 4 stars. I entered a phone number and then got a note saying my report is ready but to see it I need to sign up for a $1 five day trial, so I went ahead. After that the report turned out to be emtpy.

They say you can cancel. I still haven't talked to a real person. They claim there’s a link on their website, but I found no link. Tried calling customer service and nobody answered. This feels like a total scam to me.
