Extremely Disappointed
I ordered two pairs of glasses, which took 20 days to arrive. Unfortunately, neither pair worked properly — I couldn’t read clearly or see at a distance with them. Trying to return them has been an absolute nightmare. Not only does the company want to keep 30% of my payment, but they also expect me to cover the return shipping costs — even though the glasses are clearly not right. As an online purchase, I should be entitled to a 100% refund for a product that doesn't work as intended. Customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. NEVER EVER buying from this company again.
