    Extremely Disappointed

    I ordered two pairs of glasses, which took 20 days to arrive. Unfortunately, neither pair worked properly — I couldn’t read clearly or see at a distance with them. Trying to return them has been an absolute nightmare. Not only does the company want to keep 30% of my payment, but they also expect me to cover the return shipping costs — even though the glasses are clearly not right. As an online purchase, I should be entitled to a 100% refund for a product that doesn't work as intended. Customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. NEVER EVER buying from this company again.

    I bought 3 pairs of glasses, 2 of them were readers with same script. One pair is totally wrong script. Their lenses are very cheap and flimsy. Customer service is FB messenger only and drags out for days. They will not honor the 15 day return policy, 365 warranty, etc. Clearly listed on the page where I ordered; they sited it does not pertain to sales. Which means they do not offer, or stand behind ANY ORDERS. They offered me a 25% off coupon which is less savings them their site or email offers. What a SCAM. They got my script wrong, or gave me wrong glasses. Either way, they will not make it right.

    I'm disappointed with Lens Smart.

    I'm disappointed with Lens Smart. My order got messed up with different prescriptions, even though we only requested a change in one. The customer service team denies receiving any messages about this issue and is suggesting I pay again to get it fixed. I'm not happy with the lack of understanding, and I won't be ordering from them again.

    Scam!

    I ordered a non prescription pair of glasses back in May and as of late July I still don’t have my order. I have been unable to get ahold of the company and my emails have been returned! I spend a little under $50 for a pair of glasses that I’ll never receive. Absolutely do not give these people your money!

    Hibás szemüveget kaptam amit nem hajlandóak kicserélni, és a pénzemet sem kapom vissza! Segítség helyett csak értetlenkednek, lassan 1 hónapja nem tudok mit tenni, a cég segíteni nem akar. Bizonyítottam hogy a szemüveg hibás és másik terméket sem kapok se pénzt vissza. Csalók!
