I ordered a service with the expectation of no hidden fees, as promised. However, when I saw the final charge, a significant percentage was deducted. I mean, I asked for a specific amount and expected just that. It's not like I should be responsible for unexpected international fees or whatever they added on. It's frustrating when you're told one thing and experience another. I’m disappointed, and I think two stars sum it up. It’s simple: if you advertise no extra charges, keep it that way. It's not that hard to deliver what you promise. Hopefully, they'll fix this for future customers.
