What made this whole thing stand out for me, is a man named Sahy, wow what a wonderful part of this company. He truly went far above what I ever saw before in my life ! There was an error with the first booking, him and the @hotel company made sure we felt at ease, and even gave back a refund for the mixup. Sahy used hours, even from his own time off the clock, working on this for us. I also got to know him a little, and he’s the most compasionate, honestly kind and caring soul! Big thanks to the amazing Sahy and @hotel I will surely use this Caring company again to book. ;)

I enjoy the experience with Hotel. It has a unique, almost hidden feel that makes it really enjoyable to be a part of! The places they list are mostly very pretty and look good. The hotel I booked recently wasn’t in great condition – maybe they were working on some renovations. I do wonder if hotels sometimes place you in not-so-great rooms or spots if you don’t book directly through them. But I’ll certainly continue using Hotel in the future!
