It took me a little while to get in touch with them to solve something about my booking, but once I did, they were quick to fix it and compensated me for the inconvenience. Thanks to @hotel, we got a great hotel price in Amsterdam compared to other search engines. The experience was good, and I'll book with them again. The only thing I didn’t like was the phone support because I had trouble understanding the two people who helped me (due to their accent), and there was a lot of background noise, not to mention the cost of the call. I think it would be great if customer service was via email.

Great hotel with a perfect location. Shopping street just 100m away and restaurants, attractions, and public transport less than 10 minutes walking. The room was nice with a small kitchen including a toaster, nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, and all necessary items. Even ironing was possible. One downside, the room was too warm and the window couldn’t open. We would definitely return.

I thought the hotel price was the lowest online, but when I checked the usual big websites before the free cancellation deadline, athotel's price for the same nights and rooms was not the best. I did appreciate how quickly customer service responded and offered me some money back.

Avid is not ADA complient. Pueblo North, Pueblo, Colorado. They charged me 250.00 after I left, and they dont check the room with you before checkout. Feels very sketchy. The front desk person said there’s many homeless people staying close by.

My experience with @athotel turned out to be quite disheartening due to a misunderstanding with a supposedly featured hotel in Porto, Portugal. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the venue, which lacked a reception and any assistance, was not a hotel at all. Seeking help through the provided communication channel on WhatsApp proved futile on a Sunday afternoon, as @athotel conveyed their inability to assist due to the timing. Given the unsavory surroundings, coupled with concerns for my safety, I opted to secure alternative accommodation for the remaining two prepaid nights. Despite discovering subsequent negative reviews about the location on TripAdvisor, I had initially relied on @athotel's guidance, only to find myself in a challenging situation. Disappointingly, even after more than a week, neither the Old City Design Apartments nor @athotel has provided a resolution. This has left me in a state of uncertainty, having incurred additional expenses for alternative lodgings and forfeited payment for the original reservation. Attempting to share my experience on their website was met with a discouraging response, stating that the reviews are sourced from hotel providers. On a positive note, my subsequent booking with another hotel in Madrid proved to be a satisfying experience, offering a stark contrast to the challenges faced with @athotel.

STAY AWAY!!!!

Stay as FAR away as you can from this company. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars on our honeymoon trip., then we get to the hotel and they don't have ANY confirmation of our arrival. BOOM, out of luck. Couldn't contact them via phone, WhatsApp, email or anything. Filed for fraud via our bank.
