    xTool kann ich nicht empfehlen - mieser Support

    Mein xTool S1 ist seit über eine Woche defekt, er ist gerade einmal 1,5 Jaher alt und liegt noch innerhalb der zwei-jährigen Garantie - aber der Support von xTool ist unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit und in keinster Weise lösungorientiert.

I want to share how xTool has always been a helpful partner, fixing many customer problems fast and making things better for me. You helped me solve big troubles with the F1-Ultra, updated my software, and made sure I was supported. For me, what matters in this kind of working relationship is trust and support to keep growing my vision and ways I rely on... invest in!! What I mean is that for all this to work and stay strong, I need responsibility. We all do! It’s the base for any business. xTool has been 100% responsible and worked with me closely to fix real problems that affect my life deeply! I also want to say your creative ideas made it possible for me and many other full-time artists to join the DTF and engraving and metal working world! I see you have a F2 Ultra with MOPA!! Wow!!! The new CNC metal cutter system is amazing too!! This is what we need!!! You are really changing how I work, and my life has improved since I found out what your high-end tools can do!! The point is... you opened doors that were closed until now! That is a big gift you gave to all of us hard-working makers! To me, it means a lot!!     I am happy with the product - S1 - as a start in the laser world. I was excited to learn but faced a minor problem. I contacted customer support and got help in less than 24 hours. They checked back to confirm the problem was fixed. I would suggest their product to anyone looking to begin with lasers, and their support is really good too...

    Sarai and the others who helped

    Sarai and the others who helped me were awesome customer service reps! I feel much better about the xtool brand after dealing with them. They replied quickly, and even when I got disconnected from chat, they kept fixing my issue in the background. When I checked my email, they'd already reached out with a solution to my problem.

    I got an S1 lacer engrayver and being new to this biz I had many questions. Through the whole buyin' process, and even after gettin' my package, XTOOL's customer service, and Solidy, helped me a bunch, givin' me all the answers I needed.     I phoned the sales team with lots of questions about the XTool S1, and Aiza provided answers that helped me decide to buy the machine. The price is really low, especially considering I had a pricey American laser for 15 years. Surprisingly, this machine has more features than my old one.

    Luka came to the rescue when I reached

    Luka came to the rescue when I reached out to XTOOL. A new laser part was sent, but it didn't work. He then sent a power supply that fixed it. I sent back the part and now my machine's working. Thanks to Luka and the team for the fast help.

    The Technical Support team successfully

    The Technical Support team successfully identified the problem, enabling me to restore functionality to my laser. However, I find it inconvenient that real-time communication options, such as live chat or direct phone support, are not available. While email correspondence is acceptable, the delayed response time can be less than ideal.

    Purchased the S1 in January 2024; received the machine but not the accessories. Multiple contacts led to three more shipments, but crucial parts like the rotary, air assist, and fire safety components are still missing. Customer service is lacking, with delayed responses and a reminder to be patient over the weekend. Shipment tracking is misleading, as labels are created without items being shipped. Disappointing service after a substantial $3300 investment.
