Leider musste ich die selbe Erfahrung machen wie viele andere Nutzer hier. Zunächst extrem lange Wartezeit (6 Wochen) angeblich wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten eines Zulieferers in Vietnam. Dann komplett falschen Artikel erhalten. Anschließend das hier schon oft beschriebene Prozedere: Foto schicken, Rückzahlung des halben Preises oder Übernahme der Rücksendungskosten durch mich. Dies ist offensichtlich kein Einzelfall sondern die Strategie der Firma. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten bei ootdmw zu kaufen.

Ich habe für meinen Sohn einen Pullover zu Weihnachten bestellt, eine Woche nachdem er hätte ankommen sollen, bekam ich eine Mail, dass er etwas später kommen würde. Als er endlich da war, war es ein völlig anderer Pullover als der, den ich bestellt hatte. Ich habe zwei Mails geschickt, um mitzuteilen, dass ich die falsche Bestellung bekommen habe, und zwei Wochen später bekam ich eine Antwort, dass sie den bestellten Pullover nicht haben und ich den falschen auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden muss, wenn ich eine Rückerstattung möchte – eine Adresse geben sie mir nicht. Betrug!!

After complaining via email, they only offered me a 20-euro voucher or a 25-euro refund, which I refused since I wanted the right item or to return the delivery. Despite asking multiple times, I got no reply from the company. Then I opened a case with PayPal, but they just offered another voucher or partial refund again. My request to send back the wrong item was ignored. In the end, PayPal ruled for the seller, so I’m stuck with the wrong item and the costs. I’ll have this checked legally. To me, this feels close to a scam. I don’t recomend this company – I strongly advise against buying from them.

Ordered 2 shirts but got just one, which was poorly made. Stitches were off and threads everywhere. They also sent a dreadful white polka dot shirt instead of my second one. I told them about the mix-up, and they told me to return the £15 shirt, but they had no returns process and I had to pay for return postage... to China. After many messages, I only got an £8 credit. Avoid this site. Very low-quality clothing and no customer service.

I’m giving 1 star because there’s no option for 0. I ordered a pink hoodie for my girlfriend and was informed it was shipped. The next day, I was told that materials from Vietnam were needed. Today, I received a scam call that seemed to be from them. Legit companies don’t call you like this. Avoid this company at all costs; I’m taking legal action.

Total waste of time, at first they took almost 2 months to deliver my order because they ran out of stock. Then when the package arrived, one of the hoodies was a completely different color. I emailed them about it and it took them a week to reply with an apology. They asked for a photo of the issue, which I sent, but after that, they didn’t reply. I emailed again and it took 3 days for them to send a generic $10 voucher. I told them I didn’t want the coupon and just wanted a refund, but they never bothered to respond.

This company is a total scam. I waited nearly 2 months for my order, and when it finally came, it was complete garbage. The items were nothing like what I saw in the photos, and 4 out of the 9 items were totally wrong. They don’t respond to any messages, they won’t give a refund, and returning the items would cost almost as much as the items themselves. Never again! I’ve basically wasted my money.

But I was happily surprised when 9 days later my order arrived. The colour of the hoodie is slightly less vibrant than pictured on the website, but other than that it's exactly as I expected. It's a nice thick hoodie and seems good quality, and the print quality is decent. My partner is very happy. Dunno if I just got lucky or if everyone else who's left a review got unlucky but my experience was totally positive other than the useless tracking info so I would happily use them again.

This company is a joke! I ordered the German Henley, but they sent me a completely different shirt, and it was faulty too—no button hole notches at all! I’m reporting them to the BBB and getting the paperwork started. The sad part is, they picked the wrong person to mess with in my line of work!
