The delivery of my package was a bit slow, and I didn't receive any tracking updates, which was a concern. Your dress designs always look amazing and creative. You never fail to surprise me with new styles, but the sizing can be a bit tricky. One dress I got in size 4 fit perfectly, then another in size 10 was too big even though the chart said it should fit. The next one in size 6 felt tight, and now the size 8 I ordered is still small on me. It would be great if the size guide was made a bit more acurate, so shopping could be easier.

I've had mixed experiences with Oh Polly. Their sizes don't match their size chart, and all the items I ordered were too small, despite following the chart. The quality didn't live up to the price for the two dresses I got. However, I did like the corsets and the skirt, although they were also on the smaller side for me.

Ordered a dress for my daughter, took longer to arrive than expected, but at least it came before her event. She had ordered two dresses just in case. One she wore and it was really well made. But when I tried to return the other, they said it was past the 30-day return window. Turns out, they count the 30 days from the order date, not the delivery date. It took almost 2 weeks to get the dresses! So unfair. Now I’m stuck with store credit and worried I’ll go through this mess again if the next dress doesn’t fit. Also, paid $5 for order protection, thought it would help with returns but it didn’t.

I'm really disappointed with the company's customer service. My parcel ended up at the wrong address, and the proof of delivery wasn't even close to my location. I sent emails explaining the situation, but it seems like they haven't been properly read because the responses don't address my concerns at all. I needed the dress for my 30th birthday, and now I can't afford to buy another one after spending £100 on this. I'm really upset about how I've been treated and I won't be recommending Oh Polly to any of my friends.

SCAM! DISHONEST, STAY AWAY!!!
Extremely unsatisfied with my first experience purchasing from Oh Polly. On 8/20 I purchased 2 of the same dresses as I wanted them for my wedding reception (size 2 & size 4) I was in between sizes so I needed them BOTH in time by 9/15. I was notified 8/21 my dresses were shipped from the UK (I’m in the US). After waiting 4 days the tracking never updated from “awaiting carrier pick up” which means this package had never been dropped off. So I email for assistance politely asking when it would be dropped off. Jasmine responds with a screenshot of a website I cannot see the URL of showing an acceptance scan and that all is good it’s on the way! Perfect. Check back on the tracking ID they supplied me, still no change from “Awaiting Carrier Pick up”. Thinking this must be some technical error, I trust Jasmine’s response and wait patiently. On 9/29 (9 days after purchase) I receive an email “Congrats! Your new order has been placed for $163”. I never placed a second order. I review the email and it’s the SAME dress I purchased, in a size 4 (one of the sizes in my current order I’ve been waiting on). I reach out asking what is going on as I never placed a second order and additionally never received any communication that a second order was placed from Jasmine or any customer service rep. I get a response from Paige this time saying “Since your package is taking awhile at customs we’ve reshipped a replacement order free of charge!” First and foremost this struck me as completely odd as customs notoriously takes awhile. Furthermore, the status of the tracking ID NEVER even made it to customs, it was still in Oh Polly’s possession. So I respond, if this is a replacement order, then where is the other half of my order? I ordered 2 dresses (size 2 and size 4) and this “replacement” order only shows a size 4. Additionally, I visit their website and guess what is miraculously out of stock? The size 2 dress I purchased 9 days ago that was indeed IN STOCK when I purchased. Giving Paige this information and asking what actually happened to my original order has yielded silence from Oh Polly. I reached out to Jasmine as well regarding the whereabouts of my original package and no response. What a company of honesty and integrity. What I believe happened is they printed my label and never shipped my items, once I began asking where my package was, is when they decided to ship my order over a week later but now one of my items was out of stock due to them waiting 9 days after my original purchase to ship my items. So instead of being honest about the situation, they lie and say customs was just taking too long. I’ve never ever ever known a company to ship free merchandise just because customs is taking the normal amount of time. I’ve followed up with the tracking they supplied with FIC FedEx and they have confirmed they never received the package. Complete dishonesty and sketchy from and beginning. Both Jasmine and Paige’s responses were dishonest so I’m questioning the overall moral of this company if BOTH reps are trained to lie to the customer. I’ve yet to hear back still from either reps about what is going on. I will never purchase from this company again. Terrible experience with a terrible company

Despite my efforts to communicate the issue, the company insisted that I try to retrieve the package myself, citing the mistake in the provided address. This is despite their earlier confirmation of the order cancellation. Regrettably, they declined to issue a refund, displaying a lack of customer appreciation and leaving me with a negative first impression of the company.

I decided to order two dresses for my daughter's birthday, thinking they'd arrive just in time for the celebration. I even paid extra for next-day delivery to ensure everything went smoothly. But here we are, two days later, and those dresses are still with EVRI. I've started to realize that trusting a company that partners with EVRI might not have been the best decision. Man, I’m so bummed out. Ordered a dress, OP4477251UK, and it showed up totally wrecked – no lace, no special ribbon on the corset, completely torn. I didn’t even want my money back, just a gift card, you know? I've placed three orders before, and this is the first time something arrived messed up. I even asked for a gift card instead of a refund. I’m a regular customer, and it’s just so unfair and disappointing. Feels like they don’t care about loyal customers. It’s seriously a letdown, and I’m really upset about the whole thing. 😤😩

Been a fan of their gorgeous clothes and even left some sweet reviews before. But man, they've dropped the ball on me twice recently. Ordered on a Thursday, expecting that Friday magic for a Saturday night out. Nope, nada. Waited in twice, and zilch on the delivery. And get this, they push it to the next working day – like, really? If next day isn't happening, at least do the Saturday gig. No use getting my glam outfit on a Monday when my weekend plans are ancient history.

I ordered for next day delivery with DPD, and the website cutoff time states 21:00 hours. I placed the order at 15:39, and at checkout, it stated that my items would be delivered the following day. However, my tracking now indicates that the order will be delivered two days later. The BOT is unhelpful, and I cannot contact customer service regarding this issue. Why pay for Next Day Delivery if it's not possible?

I'm fuming! So, my package ends up at my neighbor's, gets swiped, and I've been camping at home for days waiting for it. Hit up customer service, show them the Royal Mail card saying it went to the neighbor, and what do they say? Nope, it was delivered right to me! Total baloney.
