    I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with what I got for $66 AUD. They sent me two elf designs with my baby's face on them. When it came, the whole thing had this plastic backing and a tie string. The image was just slapped on there, like it was glued or something. It felt really cheap and nasty, not worth the price at all. On the bright side, the customer service wasn't too bad. They were pretty quick and nice enough to deal with. Ordered on October 21 and it showed up in Sydney by November 6. Still, not happy with the product itself.

    I was so excited to get this globe I saw online, looked super fancy in the pictures. When it arrived, though, it was totally different. It's just this cheap plastic ball with a photo stuck on it, not at all what I expected. This was meant to be a gift, but now I’m too embarrassed to give it to anyone. I'll probably just keep it and hide it somewhere. Really bummed out, thought I was getting something nicer. Definitely not worth the money.

    I recently bought what I thought was a set of two wine glasses for $35. The picture clearly showed two, so imagine my surprise when only one arrived. I reached out to customer service, and they offered me a measly 10 percent off my next purchase. As if there will be a next purchase! Who would pay $70 for two small glasses? Feels like a total rip-off. Not coming back here again, that's for sure.

    DO NOT BUY FROM MACORNER!!! There is a profound disconnect between what this company claims to offer and what it actually delivers. I placed my order on Thu, May 1, 2025. When I placed the order, their web site clearly stated "Order today and get it by: May 5 - 8" I have a screenshot showing this. On May 8, 2025, the promised delivery date, I have another screenshot from USPS tracking showing that they hadn't even shipped it yet! It didn't ship until May 9, 2025 and I didn't receive it until May 12, 2025, the day AFTER Mother's Day! If that wasn't bad enough, when I contacted customer support, their excuse was "your order has experienced an unexpected delay due to the high volume of shipments at our carrier’s facility during this busy Mother's Day period". THAT IS A DELIBERATE LIE! It was NOT due to USPS BEING busy, IT WAS DUE TO YOU NOT SHIPPING IT UNITL AFTER THE PROMISED DELIVER DATE! UNPROFESSIONAL! Then, to make matters even worse, when I contacted customer service again, they had the audacity to claim, "the shipping label was indeed created on May 2nd, and the package was handed over to the carrier shortly after. However, due to internal delays at the our carrier’s facility, the tracking only showed movement and an official scan on May 9th". That is another bold-faced lie! I've been tracking packages through USPS for 20 years and they have NEVER failed to correctly identify when they are in possession of a package. Anyone can create a shipping label, claim that they sent it to USPS, then claim that USPS "only showed movement" several days later. That is a deplorable lie! The claims made by this company are, at best, misleading—and at worst, deliberately false. DO NOT BUY FROM MACORNER!!!

    So Disappointed

    Like most of the rest of the country, having anything extra for Christmas was going to be a struggle. I needed a new furnace and serious work on my car, so I was very excited to have enough to buy these ornaments, enough for my college friends. They were on sale, which was a huge plus, and they arrived in plenty of time, which was also a relief. But I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The first one is the one I received and gave out to 9 friends. The second is the one they advertised as their product. The third is the product that one of the friends received from her family, which was lovely, the colors bright and clear, and a meaningful tribute to her loved one who passed. I'm not just totally disappointed in the 10 ornaments I received; I'm embarrassed to have given such a cheap-looking gift when it should have been as beautiful as the others. I will write to the company and ask for replacements to be done correctly or a return of my money. Checking their address, it is in the USA, which gives me hope they will make it right. But if I had to guess, I think they would ignore this. Last year I also orderd an ornament and it was beautiful. However, it was to be sent directly to the recipient as I was out of state at the time. Sadly, it was sent to me and would not arrive to the recipient's home on time. The NEW address was made VERY clear on my order. Disappointed, but at least the ornament was beautiful. I don't have a picture of that one, just the order. This year, I wasted $147.15.

    SCAM!!

    I placed an order in August, received notification that it would arrive August 28th. 3 weeks after that i contacted them, they asked for my address and it's gave it to them. They said they sent it to another address- an old address of mine. I had taken a screenshot when I placed the order and sent it to them, the address was input correctly by me. What they do is purposeful, they asked for more money and said they could reship it. Why would I pay more for something I didn't receive for an error that wasn't mine? They also stated that I don't qualify for a refund due to the address issue. I sent them the screenshot, it did no good whatsoever. I've read several times since of this happening to others, this is purposefully done to steal you money. They need to be put out of business.

    Terrible Service and Fake Reviews Alert!

    I ordered from this place on August 14, and still no tracking info. Customer service? Useless. Got an email saying they couldn't verify my address, but I've never had issues with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL before. It's just frustrating. I’m definitely not recommending this company to anyone. I’m calling my bank in the morning to get my money back since customer service has been no help at all. This company is awful, their customer service is a joke, and they’re just scamming people. I plan to share this experience on my YouTube channel, Instagram, Twitch, and anywhere else I can think of. With over a million subscribers, people need to know to avoid this company. Also, I've noticed a lot of their five-star reviews seem fake. If I could give negative stars, I would.

    I placed an order online and everything seemed smooth. A bit later, I made a second order the same way and got a discount, which was nice. But then things got weird. They added a gift card and gift box to my order without asking me, and the extra charges almost canceled out my discount. I complained, saying I didn't order those extras, but they insisted I had two hours to change the order, which was irrelevant since I never ordered them in the first place. After several emails and mentioning the FTC, they claimed I must have added the extras by mistake. I feel like it was a bait-and-switch tactic. I won't shop here again and advise others to be careful.

    I ordered some stuff a month ago, and all I've got is "standard shipping" on the status. It's frustrating because, after diving into reviews, it seems like many legit customers are in the same boat. I stumbled upon this company on Instagram, and now I'm regretting it big time. I'm starting to think I might never get my order. If that's the case, I'll need to sort things out with my credit card company. This holiday season, I've learned a valuable lesson: be cautious with Instagram ads, especially if the company doesn’t have a physical store. It seems like those are the ones that keep disappointing and not delivering on their promises.

    What a disappointment!!!

    I ordered my item on April 28th the website said delivered before Mother's Day. I did not get an update until may 9 saying that it would be delivered Monday. Day after mothers day. trying to get ahold of somebody and get info is a joke. they will only tell you I'll have somebody contact you within 48 hours which nobody will. So they have ruined Mother's Day Had plenty of time but that's what happens when you order it from a company that gets their stuff from China. And has to wait for it to be sent to Them . what a disappointment this company is. I would give less then 1 star if I could DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    I ordered a Christmas ornament

    I ordered a Christmas ornament from this company over a month ago and it was a nightmare. When I emailed them on December 22nd to cancel my order because it wasn't even ready to ship, they claimed my address wasn't verified and refused to cancel. My address is perfectly fine. This whole thing feels like a scam. They didn’t deliver what I paid for and then lied about it. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Save yourself the trouble and money, don't order from this place. They just take your money and give you nothing in return.

    I placed my order on April 27 and received a confirmation with an order number, but as of June 3, I still haven’t received the product or even tracking information. I contacted customer service and was told they couldn’t verify my address, so I promptly resent the correct information. Since then, I’ve heard nothing back. I spent $45 on a product I never received, and they have refused to issue a refund. Very disappointing experience with poor communication and no accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

    I thought I was getting a cute personalized acrylic ornament with LED lights for the tree, but it was a letdown. The pics show a tree with regular lights, making you think the ornament lights up. Spoiler: it doesn't. Paid $26+ for a tiny 3-inch piece of acrylic. Reached out to customer service and got a response basically saying the LED lights are just part of the tree design, not actual lights. Felt kinda misled. Not worth the money at all. Wouldn’t recommend unless you really know what you’re getting.

    I ordered a custom baseball hat and paid $5 extra for a box to avoid it being stuffed in a plastic bag and ruined. They sent it in a box that was way too small for the hat. Think of squished paper. On top of that, the bill is bent – higher on one side and lower on the other. When I tried to contact them about it, their support system is completely broken. You can't even submit the form because it keeps glitching. Then, when you try "Contact Us," it does the same thing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

    I ordered a gift from this site because everything looked so nice online. But now, I'm regretting it big time. The delivery is taking forever, and the tracking number they gave me is useless. I've tried reaching out to them through email three times, but no response. It's really frustrating.     I’m beyond frustrated with this company

    I’m beyond frustrated with this company. They claimed to have a "replacement order" for me, but I never got a new order number or tracking info. Here I am again, trying to track down my order. It's exhausting and feels like a scam. Getting one piece of merchandise shouldn’t be this hard. Now, they’re saying my item will arrive early January, but I seriously doubt it. Save yourself the hassle and avoid ordering from them. This has been nothing but a headache.

    Man, what a nightmare. Ordered something and it never showed up. Reached out to customer service and they were just awful, no help at all. They claim they'll replace lost items, but that's a joke. I tried getting a replacement and got nowhere. Felt like they didn't care at all. It's like they just took my money and ran. Seriously, avoid these guys. The whole experience was just bad from start to finish. Don't waste your time or money.

    Not impressed at all.

    Ordered my stuff on the 6th, got a shipping notice on the 11th. Since then, the delivery date keeps changing every day, but no actual updates or ETA. Tracking is useless. Emailed customer service twice, they just say it's enroute. Duh, I can see that myself! Asked for a refund, but no response. Seriously, this is so frustrating! Feels like I'm getting nowhere. Gonna keep pushing until they sort this out. Not impressed at all.

    After waiting an extended period of time for my order to arrive, I read the reviews many which stated they never received their orders. After communicating with the company a few times (each time being told to be patient), I finally requested a full refund. I was just notified that I have been refunded but that it may take 10 days to show up on my card. Now “patiently waiting” to see if my refund arrives!

    I ordered some ornaments for $58.13, excited to get them for the holidays. The tracking said the shipping label was created in New York, but it’s been stuck there for 9 days. I live just 3 hours away in Vermont, so I don't get why it's taking so long. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, but they only gave me $6.80 back. Feels like I’m just throwing money away. Not happy with how this turned out.

    I ordered 4 exact ornaments through them. When I received the ornaments two of the ornaments were flat and other two was round . I reached out to macorner and after run around they gave me for 3 months got no positive response beside here is 40% off coupon. Totally poor customer service. Ma corner doesn’t care how their customer feel or provide good quality service

    Cheap Plastic, Not Real Stained Glass

    I thought I was getting a classy black metal frame and real glass for the “stained glass” piece. Instead, what showed up was this cheap plastic thing that looks like a toy. I'm so embarrassed to even think about giving this to my friends after they lost their dog. Total disappointment. Avoid this item if you can.

    Took my money no product

    They took my order, took my money the next day, still no email confirmation. I’ve been back and forth with them via email even to the point of them saying the product was delivered to an address in California and I live in NC 4 days before I even ordered it. This company will steal your money! Buyer beware!

    Absolutely waste of time and money. This order was posted to the incorrect address. After attempting to have this rectified over and over. They insisted that my Canada post registered address is not real. So went off and posted my item to another Provence. Pathetic experience.
