I am deeply unsatisfied with Gshopper, finding them unreliable and uncaring towards customers. They promised a 30% coupon after my last purchase, but failed to deliver despite multiple reminders. Instead of honoring their commitment, they continue to ignore my emails, making excuses.

They are sending incorrect items

They are sending incorrect items, not stating that the price is in USD when advertising in Australia. 1. Declared at $14.99 and stealing $33.00 from my account. 2. Facebook was advertising a rechargeable powered screwdriver and a non powered cheap imitation delivered.

Hugely dissappointing

1. Overall intentional deceit by seller. I recommend avoiding this buy until they ship what is advertised. 2. Tools do not extend as high as shown. 3. Tool only has one thumb tab not two and lowering is clumsy. 4. What is shown in the case is missing from what I received. 5. Many things advertised are not what was sent. Tool does not have the black top part to lift, for example, the cabinet. 6. Some parts are chrome some are not. 7. Ad shows brief views and there are differences throughout in what is shown. 8. Product takes a very long time to arrive. 9. Quality of actual tool is far lower than what is shown in ad video. It is useful but very dissappointing.

Despite my initial review on January 23, 2024, regarding the non-receipt of my (3) Zeta round bags ordered on November 20, 2023, Gshopper's warm response on the same day requested my order number for resolution. However, after emailing them on January 24, 2024, and despite the passage of six days, I've received neither a response nor my items. This prolonged delay is exasperating and leaves me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Gshopper.

Avoid Gshopper! In March 2024 I bought a OnePlus 12. After months I discovered dead pixels on the screen, visible only in dark mode. Disgraceful factory defect for a nearly 1000 euro phone. Gshopper support asked me to ship it to Hong Kong, despite warehouses in Europe. Delivered January 2, 2025, since then only excuses, delays and broken promises. I threatened legal action, but no response. Don't be lured by low prices: if there is a problem, you will be abandoned.

I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company. The dress I bought doesn't match the picture at all. The fabric is cheap, and the design looks nothing like what was advertised. It took way too long to get to me, over a month in fact. Now, I'm trying to return it, but I can't find any address to send it back to. On top of all that, the size is way off—I ordered a 2XL, but it fits more like a large.

I ordered Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro 5 days ago. Since then my order is in permament 'processing' mode. Communication with GS staff is limited, they answer rare, normally some bot sends the same stupid answers. Besides, GS deletes unwanted (for them) bad reviews. They don't wanto to cancel my order. They don't send my money back. They answer once a day. SCAM. Buy product elsewhere - choose Aliexpress i.e.

FRAUD SCAM. They answer via the same robotic messages. They don't change order status for a week. They probably don't have ordered phone in stock. They don't want to give money back, they're cheating. Poor communication (queries and support), no contact phone, no nothing else. Avoid this store, buy on Aliexpress instead.

Do NOT order ANYTHING from here!! Ordered Green Bay Packer outfit, received with LA Raiders name on it!! When I went to return due to this DEFECT, they said sorry "my expectations weren't met" WHAT??? DIDNT get full refund because you have to pay to return to CHINA!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Very slow processing. Bots are answering to asked questions. Cancelling orders are almost impossible. Still waiting for cancellation. I think they are selling phones, that they don't have in stock. Buy goods elsewhere.
