Dont sell to IGGM!

I sold them a big amount of POE2 currency. First they answered quickly, until I sold it to them. I did exactly what they told me to do and I have proof of that (I had to proof it several times btw). After that there was an excuse why they cant pay me everyday. After i asked several admins for help, they started to ignore me. I even got a timeout on their discord, so I cant ask for help in public. Its been almost 2 weeks and I got scammed by such a big gaming site. Disgraceful behaviour...dont sell to IGGM!

I use this company for Monopoly Go and was scared to give my Facebook details at first, but I took the risk. Now, I've made 3 buys from them and they all went really well! I got stickers two times and a dice pack once. Though the dice are said to take 24-36 hours, I could get back into my game in around an hour and a half. When I got stickers, I got them all in 5 minutes. I'll keep using this company and tell my gamer friends who play other games about it.

They like screwing their customers over

Made a large order and only received half of it. Then they promised the rest the next day within a 24 hour period and was not able to fulfill it. Within the 24 hour the online product had at least doubled, and they were only willing to give me a certain percentage of my order. in business if I purchase something at a certain price, they have to give it to me. They kept pushing push, and they have not resolved the issue. Their customer service is horrible.. they purchased and give it to me bigger problems. no one seems to be authorized to fix anything or to make deals or compromises and just because the price of something skyrocketed in the first 24 hours since I made my purchase and they couldn’t fulfill it is not my problem as the customer I paid for something at a certain price to fulfill it

I purchased some items ion Diablo 4. The wait time was insane so I logged off and the next day I messaged them to get the order delivered.They replied and told me to wwait. I waited for like 5 hours and nothing happened. Then, I checked the website and it isaid the order was delivered. LOl! Anyway I've tried to contact them and even spoke with somebody over their chat twice. Nothing happened. Thieves ands scammers. Order on your own risk. There's nothing reputable about this platform except they steal your money in a reputable way, that's for sure.

IGGM refused to hold up their end of the bargain

I purchased 10,000k gold for $30.12 on 4/11/2024. the next day 4/12/2024 they told me there would be a delay in the receipt of the gold. I said that was ok i could wait. then today 4/13/2024 they sent me an email stating that they could not give me the gold i paid for because it was not the current market value and they would only give me 7850k. So I contacted support and they told me my only options were to take the 7850k or wait till the market value drops or to issue a refund minus their transaction fee. the market value may never drop and should not be a factor is giving me the the amount they said they would give at the value it was worth when I paid them for it.
