    I struggled a lot trying

    I struggled a lot trying to find the model number to get the owner's manual, it was really frustrating. But then Daria stepped in. She was super patient and didn’t give up on me. She walked me through different options until we finally found the model number. Once we got it, she quickly sent me a link to the manual. Daria totally saved the day. I wish finding the model number wasn’t such a hassle, but her help made it much better.

    Fantastic

    I recently had a fantastic experience with Daria. She spent a lot of time helping me figure out a tricky issue, and I was really impressed with her patience. I was upset after paying a lot and joining Howly, which I can't afford. I explained this, and he fixed it right away. As a nurse for 3 decades, this care reminds me of my own.     She were very understanding and so patient with me since I'm computer and phone illitrate. She have the patient of a sain and walked me threw every single step to try and fix my problem. I be taking my phone back to the iPhone store because it seem that this is their errer as to why I canot get into my iCloud to update the terms and conditons.

    Stacy was very kind and helpful. She seemed to know a lot and guided me well through fixing my two problems. Although the Howly system for remote fixes wasn't working, Stacy handled everything.
