I walked into the store, not really knowing what to expect. But right from the start, it felt different, like they actually cared. I just had to share my experience with UBREAKIFIX. I was freaking out when my phone battery overheated and my Galaxy Ultra split open. I walked into the Chesterfield store, and the guy working there was super nice and polite. He calmed me down right away and assured me they could fix it. The battery delivery was delayed because of the weather, and I had to call every other day to check if it arrived. They were honest the whole time, even when I was getting impatient. Eventually, they got the battery and fixed my phone. This isn't my first time with them; I had a similar issue 2-3 years ago, and their service was just as great. I totally recommend UBREAKIFIX.

I just had to share my experience with an Apple tech named Arsenio Z. This guy was a lifesaver. My new iPhone was being super stubborn about updating, and I was getting really frustrated. Arsenio hung in there with me for what seemed like forever, trying different things until it finally worked. He was so patient and never made me feel dumb for not knowing stuff. About a month ago Fb blocked my access, asking me to send a video selfie to prove who I am. I didn’t know why this happened and HAD NO CLUE HOW to make a selfie for Fb. But tonight I joined ChatHowly and was lucky to find Sofia, who helped me stay calm and try to do the task. Patiently and calming my worries, we fixed the issues. I got back to Fb at last and made the selfie vid, and Sofia was very happy to hear I managed it. Nice work lady!

David F was awesome, super helpful and patient while I was figuring things out. The chat app worked well and was easy to navigate. Felt good about the whole thing at first. But then, surprise! I got hit with a $38 charge for the HOWLY program. They had made it sound like it was just a $1 one-time, refundable fee. Turns out, I needed HOWLY to get my answers, but didn't expect the extra cost. Feeling a bit scammed here. It's frustrating when things aren't as clear as they should be.
