I signed up for the free trial with a free course, but when I went to pay, it switched to 0,99, which seemed a bit odd, but I went along with it. After checking everything looked good, I clicked to proceed to the next page and suddenly it jumped to 5,99€, which caught me off guard, but I clicked pay anyway since the 0,99 had seemed correct. This is highly suspicious and should be illegal where I live! I contacted them for a refund right away. When I tried to cancel my subscription in the app, it just showed "loading," but my phone and their servers were working fine. It seemed like they purposely messed with this part to make it hard to cancel unless you log into your computer. This feels wrong and unfair. They are not only taking advantage of users but also ruining platforms for artists.

Ik heb voor een jaarabonnement betaald en kan de video's niet bekijken door fouten op hun platform. De eerste keer dat ik dit meldde was 6 maanden geleden zonder enige reactie. Een week geleden heb ik constant gemaild naar hun e-mail en Instagram, maar alleen een nutteloze bot beantwoordt me. Het is belachelijk om geen klantenservice te hebben terwijl je betaald! Zeker voor een product dat ik maar half kan gebruiken! Ze hebben ook mijn 2 opmerkingen die ik op Instagram had achtergelaten over deze slechte klantenservice verwijderd. Dus, er is iemand die me met mijn probleem zou kunnen helpen, maar in plaats daarvan was die meer bezig met mijn opmerkingen te verwijderen en blijft een bot me antwoorden.

Büszkék ehetnek rá, hogy 48 órán belül kiküldik max 3x ugyanazt a semmitérő sablon emailt. A support team egy semmitérő világszégyene.

I've purchased courses from Domestika for years with no problems. Suddenly they are sneaking unwanted "free trials" in on course purchases without authorisation! Having previously trusted them I did not read the fine print in the emailed invoice and did not see the "free trial" and it's terms. Then without any notice (they "say" they send 3 emails advising the end of the "free trial" BUT THEY LIE!!!) they slugged me for hundreds of $ and refuse to refund. I never even knew I had a "free trial" of a Plus account until they stole my money! I've never used it and never will! I don't want it, don't need it, and no longer trust them AT ALL!!!!! Scammers!

Domestika has pressured and intimidated the admins of the Facebook scam group. They hired powerful lawyers and used harsh tactics to shut the group down. This happened even though over 3.6k dissatisfied victims were supporting each other there. It would be better if this company spent more time improving their services, instead of trying to silence unhappy customers. Recently, they’ve claimed that there are over 1000 courses available in the plus membership, but they provide no proof. On their website, there are fewer than 100 courses listed in the membership, making their ads misleading. Not a great company at all.

NO it is not to be trusted! I'm sadly among the many scammed by them. You buy a course, they subscribe you for free to the Plus service, they do not tell you, they do not tell you before the automatic renewal and there! you have a yearly subscription that you did not authorise or wanted. DiSHONEST SCAMMERS in need of money: which I understand everybody working hard does it for money to support himself or family. That does not condone this behaviour! Especially with those who have already purchased courses and trusted them

Let op kopers! Net als veel andere mensen had ik dezelfde ervaring: ik kocht een cursus bij Domestika en werd daarna zonder waarschuwing ongeveer $170 in rekening gebracht na een maand. Ik probeerde contact op te nemen, maar kreeg geen reactie, alleen een algemeen zwak excuus dat ze geen geld teruggeven, terwijl ze makkelijk kunnen zien dat ik geen van hun cursussen heb gevolgd. Erg jammer, want ik heb eerder cursussen bij hen gekocht, maar ik zal dit nooit meer doen. En ik zal ze ook niet aanraden aan anderen.

Dit bedrijf is niet te vertrowen. Ik heb een paar cursussen gevolgd en nu hebben ze mijn creditcardgegevens. Zonder mijn toestemming hebben ze $275,00 afgeschreven en ik snap niet waarom. Volgens mijn creditcardmaatschappij is terugbetaling niet mogelijk - misschien vanwege eerdere aankopen -. Ze lijken precies te weten wat ze doen en reageerden maar één keer via AI met een antwoord dat nergens op sloeg. Ik heb meteen mijn abonnement opgezegd. Dit voelt als oplichterij en tot nu toe komen ze er gewoon mee weg.

Terrible customer service. Honestly, it's hard to get any help when you need it, and it's impossible to reach an actual person. You are just directed to their FAQs and a chatbot option. If you ask for a real person, they give you a contact form, and their answers are always useless auto-replies that just lead you back to the FAQs. You’ll never speak to a real person or get proper support - I’ve tried twice and got nowhere both times. It's disappointing because some of the courses here are really good.

Vettem egy kurzust a Domestikán €0,99-ért. Tudtom nélkül automatikusan feliratkoztak a Domestika Plus-ra, és €294,32-t vontak le. A blokkban szerepel egy „30 napos próbaidő”, apró betűkkel, de a fizetésnél sosem volt világos, hogy ez egy nagy, NEM visszatérítendő előfizetéshez vezet. Nem beszélek spanyolul, így az előfizetés számomra haszontalan. Rögtön lemondtam az előfizetést és visszatérítést kértem. Ez megtévesztő és igazságtalan, és minden leendő vásárlónak azt javaslom, legyen nagyon óvatos.

Very disappointed! I bought a course at a 'special' price, but their strategy seems to always have discounts on courses. They secretly added a trial to their PLUS service without telling me, and after 30 days, they charged me €100. They refused to refund it and only send generic responses. Even if you paid with PayPal, it doesn't change anything. The whole process feels like a nightmare, and their AI system is no help! Avoid this website at all costs – they even control comments on social media!

I didn't enroll in the PLUS Domestic plan with the 30-day free trial. It seems like it was added by someone at the company when I bought a program. Now, I’m out almost 100 dollars and no one is answering or helping to get my money back. This is unacceptable and a big amount for me. I would never have signed up for even a free trial because I would likely forget. How do I retrieve my money? I REALLY need them to sort this out.

Warning to all! Domestika's misleading wording and hidden 'free trial' tricked me into a R1800 subscription (all the money in my account). No reminder emails, no way to request a refund, and automated responses only. I am a cancer survivor and all my money goes to my medical fees and I will not be able to afford them this month. I'm not alone - thousands are speaking out against this scam (check Domestika Scam group on FB).

They have destroyed a community that used to offer a clear way to buy classes for about £7.99 each, and now it's a deceptive marketing trick, making you pay £90 per year and £1 per class that you no longer actually own. The people who create the video content are taken advantage of, and they use the same unfair methods as Spotify to take advantage of the creators. I really dislike what Domestika has turned into.

Ik wilde alleen één cursus bekijken en heb me daarom aangemeld – ze maken niet duidelijk dat je maar één maand proefperiode hebt en daarna \$560 Australische dollars wordt afgeschreven. Alle e-mails van hen kwamen direct in mijn spam terecht, dus ik wist niet dat dit gebeurd was. Ik hoop dat ik via Paypal mijn geld terug kan krijgen, maar dat lijkt niet erg waarschijnlijk.

I paid just £1 for a course during their holiday deal, but it quickly became obvious that they trick people into signing up for yearly subscriptions. They probably made a fortune off this, and it’s dishonest. They should be investigated.

avoid this company. it feels like a scam. i have reported Domeskica to Action Fraud right away for what looks like a fake subscription. if you had the same problem, and judging by the 1.7 rating you probably did, please report them too. i’m also going to notify National Trading Standards, they deal with online scams, fake websites, and tricky subscriptions.

I wish I could rate it lower. I bought a course for $2.99 last month. Hidden in the tiny print, I apparently agreed to a 30-day trial followed by a yearly subscription. $149 was deducted from my account yesterday, and they are not giving it back. OPLICHTING PAS OP!! Als je een cursus koopt, schrijf je je automatisch in voor een abonnement zonder dat je het doorhebt. Ze halen dan na 30 dagen gewoon USD329 (ja, echt zoveel) van je af zonder waarschuwing. Er zijn DUIZENDEN mensen wereldwijd die door dit “bedrijf” zijn opgelicht, koop niks meer bij ze!

I was charged for a year subscription I didn't say yes to! 110 $ for e courses ?!? WTF I would never pay that much money for this. They don't have support, just ai chat and generated messages. I loved this website and now I'm just disappointed and want my money back!

Domestika is misusing my paypal account

Same problem here, without any notification 110 euro withdrawn from my paypal account. It was the intention to follow one course. Before there wasn't any problem, payed just 10 euro for one course and now they offer courses for 1 euro, which at the end cost you €110,- .

Totally unacceptable! I got charged $109.99 for a Domestika Plus subscription I DIDN'T approve. I never signed up, didn't fill out any forms, and got no email asking for my OK. They just took my money without asking!
