I got this ring in June and wore it twice before it broke—definitely not what I expected. I emailed Atolea, and they gave me a code to reorder, which was nice. But guess what? The new ring had the same problem. I emailed them again and found out other people had the same issue. They knew about it but still sell it! They offered another code, but I wanted a refund. They said I was outside their 30-day policy, but I was within it when I contacted them about the second ring. I pushed back, citing my rights, but now they’re silent. I’m really disappointed, especially for what I paid. I'll tell others about this and stick to brands like Bohomoon instead.
