    I got this ring in June and wore it twice before it broke—definitely not what I expected. I emailed Atolea, and they gave me a code to reorder, which was nice. But guess what? The new ring had the same problem. I emailed them again and found out other people had the same issue. They knew about it but still sell it! They offered another code, but I wanted a refund. They said I was outside their 30-day policy, but I was within it when I contacted them about the second ring. I pushed back, citing my rights, but now they’re silent. I’m really disappointed, especially for what I paid. I'll tell others about this and stick to brands like Bohomoon instead.

    I bought a Cowrie necklace

    I bought a Cowrie necklace from this site and honestly, was quite let down. It was supposed to be a special birthday gift, but the necklace felt cheap, especially for the £40 price tag. The chain and fastening reminded me of something you'd find on a child's necklace. Given the brand’s marketing and price, I expected much better quality. The packaging was nice, which gave it a bit of a premium feel, but that’s about it. I left a 2-star review via email, but it never got published. Tried submitting it on their website too, but no luck. Seems like they only want glowing 5-star reviews up there. Just want others to know my experience before buying.

    I bought two pieces of jewelry from Atolea, which were advertised as hypoallergenic. After wearing them for a few weeks, I started getting a rash around my neck and chest. I reached out to Atolea, and they offered to exchange them, but I can't wear any of their stuff now. I bought from a section that was supposed to be hypoallergenic! They refused to refund me, saying they can't refund used items. How does that make sense with defective products? I don't even have sensitive skin, so this was a shock. If you’ve had skin reactions before, steer clear. Such a pity because the jewelry looks really nice and the packaging is lovely.

    Really disappointing purchase

    So, I was pretty excited about these pieces because of all the rave reviews. Got them in early April and they looked perfect at first. I only wore the necklace and bracelet in the shower, just pure water, nothing else. After a few weeks, I put them away in the velvet bags they came with. Fast forward to May, I pulled them out and they looked all brassy and fake! I've had cheap gold-plated jewelry that lasted way longer. I even picked up a $20 pair of earrings from a budget store, and they've survived the shower, ocean, and pool without losing their shine. Really disappointed with this purchase. Definitely not worth the $100.

    I ordered a necklace from this online shop, excited to receive it, but the experience has been such a mess. First, they sent me the wrong necklace, and to top it off, it was broken. I’ve been emailing them, attaching photos and explaining everything, hoping for a quick fix. But all I’ve gotten is some random response about a warranty for the damaged necklace I didn’t even want. It’s like they’re not even reading my emails! I’ve asked them to cancel my order several times now, but it seems like they’re just ignoring me.     I thought I'd treat myself to some new jewelry, but it didn't quite go as planned. I ordered three necklaces: a freshwater pearl choker, a baroque pearl pendant, and a white beaded choker. When they arrived, I was pretty let down. The pearls on the choker had these odd lines, almost like scratches. The baroque pearl pendant was a mess too, with both sides looking damaged and marked. And that white beaded choker? It felt flimsy, with what seemed like white paint splodged onto the chain, exposing the silver underneath. Considering how much I paid, I expected way better quality. This wasn’t what I had in mind at all.

    This brand just didn't work out for me

    I’ve had quite the saga with Atolea bracelets. The first one broke just after a few months, but they did send me a replacement. Problem was, that one snapped in just two days. I tried reaching out to them again, but got no response. Then, I got another Atolea bracelet as a Christmas gift. Guess what? It snapped too, just when I was rolling up my sleeves. It’s a shame because these bracelets are pretty pricey for costume jewellery. Honestly, I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you want something that lasts longer than a few wears. This brand just didn't work out for me.

    I was pretty excited to get this necklace, especially since it was a gift. But when I opened the box, the chain was broken. It was such a letdown. I mean, I get that things can happen during shipping, but it was really disappointing for something meant to be special. I wish they’d focus more on quality control instead of constantly asking me to buy more stuff. I’m all for supporting businesses, but I'd rather see them put energy into making sure things are right the first time. It's not too much to ask for a product to arrive in one piece, right?

    Got a ring from Atolea

    Got a ring from Atolea as a Christmas present, but it doesn't fit. Tried contacting them to swap it for the right size, but even though their return address is just a quick drive from my place, they’re making me pay to send it back. Feels a bit unfair to be stuck with something I can't use unless I spend more money. It's disappointing, especially since it's a gift. Probably won't shop with Atolea again, and I'll let friends know to be careful too, especially if buying gifts. It's a hassle and not what you expect when getting something special.

    I ordered a Christmas present on November 25th, and it’s still not here. The tracking info just says "exception" – whatever that means. Tried emailing customer service but got no response. The email addresses on their website didn't work either, which was super frustrating. Finally, I managed to find what I hope is the correct email on their Instagram page. This whole experience has been a hassle, and I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication. Just wanted my gift to arrive on time, but now I'm not even sure if it will come.

    I purchased three necklaces, shipping took quite a while, but no big deal. When I received my order, I put on one of the necklaces and the clasp completely broke out of nowhere after only a couple of hours. It also began to give my neck a rash and I don’t typically have sensitive skin. I just emailed requesting a prepaid return label as I should not have to pay to return a product of such poor quality. We will see what they say, but I would advise not purchasing this jewelry. It is made extremely cheaply of very low quality material.

    I got some jewelry for Christmas and honestly, it was a big disappointment. Two out of the three pieces already broke. The clasp on my herringbone bracelet just snapped off, and then the pearl fell off my stud earrings. Tried reaching out to customer service through the email on their website, but guess what? It doesn’t even work! Makes me wonder if all those positive reviews are even real. Feels like they’re just selling poor quality stuff and pretending it's great.

    This just wasn't worth it

    Man, I was so excited to get this piece, but when it arrived, I was majorly disappointed. The quality just doesn't match the price at all. It looks so cheap, like something you'd find at a discount store. The gold has this weird orange tint, not at all what I was expecting. Honestly, I've seen better stuff at Primark for a fraction of the cost. I'm definitely going to return it and I really hope I get a refund, not just store credit. This just wasn't worth it.

    I was so excited to get these earrings, but when I tried them on, the posts were way too thick for my piercing holes. I couldn't even get them in! It's such a weird problem, I’ve never seen anything like it before. Now I’m worried about asking for a replacement because what if it happens again?     Customer Service is NOT what they say

    Ordered 4 pieces, 2 necklaces and 2 bracelets, upon inspection of the necklaces and the amount of money spent, I quickly realized that they were cheaply made. I sought out their customer service and was strung along for days. It was claimed that I would be refunded and updated by a manager. Warning if you purchase and are unhappy with the product, perhaps better idea to gift it to someone than to even reach out their customer service. Save your money

    I bought a necklace and some bracelets, but the quality wasn’t great. I tried getting a refund but got no response. Emailed them, messaged on Instagram, nothing. They keep posting new stuff and it looks like bots are responding to comments. Their earrings are nice, but I wouldn’t buy anything else from them.     Got this bracelet and it broke almost instantly. I posted about it on the same social media where I first saw the ad, and now I'm getting likes on my comment but can’t see the original post anymore. Seems like they blocked me or something. Really frustrating. It just shows how bad their products and customer service are. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

    Defective product - customer service gives the runaround

    I received a defective pair of earrings and asked to return them. They don't publish anywhere on the website how to do that so I had to wait nearly two weeks to hear back (and after 2 follow-up emails). They want me to pay for shipping the defective product they sent to them (in Australia). Really frustrating experience .

    When I first got this

    When I first got this thing, I was really let down. It just felt so cheap and flimsy, like it could break any minute. Honestly, for what I paid, I expected way better quality.
