They are smart by pricing just under the real products and the photos on the site look very real. Actually, they might be trying to fool people. Still no answer to my request to return the item. It's been 2 weeks already. Awful. Don’t buy from this place. No clue how they keep doing this.

I wouldn't recomend this company. Bought two 'genuine' Carhatt items as christmas gifts, but when they arrived, it was clear they were fake. It was obvious that I was misled into buying counterfeit items, even though the website said they were real. Tried to return them, but that process was a scam as well. This business needs to be shut down.

From the very beginning, the experience was fraudulent and unacceptable: Their site promised a 10% “NEW customer” discount that was never honored, despite my immediate email request. The order confirmation said items would ship within 7 days. Instead, the product arrived 4 weeks later — far beyond the promised timeline, making it useless. When I contacted customer service, I was met with insulting “offers”: first $6, then $39 to keep the items. Their so-called return policy is deliberately difficult and misleading. I followed every instruction: Paid $21.05 out of pocket to return the items on 7/18/25. USPS confirms the package was delivered on 7/22/25 at 12:16 PM to their **** address. Their own policy says refunds are issued within 7–15 business days after receipt. Yet, today is 8/24/25 — more than a month later — and I still have no refund. Customer service has been dismissive and evasive, questioning the proof I provided and ignoring their obligations. Every response felt scripted and designed to wear down customers into giving up. The reality: $129.74 spent on the order $21.05 wasted on return shipping $0 refunded Weeks of frustration and dishonest treatment ⚠️ This is outright fraud. **** operates with false advertising, unacceptable delays, refusal to honor returns, and terrible customer service. It's frustrating that platforms like Pinterest let them advertise, creating a false sense of security. I'll stick to Amazon and thoroughly research any unfamiliar company before ordering. My stepmom ordered a Carhartt coat for my son for Christmas and we got a coat that looks NOTHING like what we ordered and it's not even a Carhartt coat they sent a cheap jacket with a Carhartt patch sewed onto the front the tag on the inside has an S on it which is how you know it's a cheap knockoff. I am so pissed and hopefully we can get what we ordered or at least our money back but when you go to the website it says that they're having problems with a lot of fake Wayrates websites and that they're not responsible for that but we made 100% sure that we ordered from the actual Wayrates website they're just ripping people off and taking your money for name brand items and then sending cheap mess. This is why people are so hesitant to order anything online.

Complete rip-off! STAY AWAY! This company is a total scam. (1) The quality is super low. Clothes look nothing like the pictures. Elbow patches were sewn on the biceps, not the elbows at all. (2) The package arrives with no return address or return information. (3) Their emails put YOUR email address in "reply-to," causing your emails to bounce. (4) They keep stringing you along every time you try to get a refund. If you find yourself stuck making a purchase, you can probably get a refund through your credit card or Paypal. Paypal did process a refund with all the necessary information.

Crooks! Selling really bad COUNTERFEITS. I ordered 2 Carhartt coats on 12/2. After receiving an e-mail they were late and Wayrates was searching for raw materials in Cambodia and Vietnam, I knew I'd been scammed. I cancelled the order immediately. They never responded and 1 of the 2 coats showed 12/31 - TOTAL COUNTERFEIT - FAKE. And a bad fake at that. They refused to respond - I'm reversing the charges and reporting them for importing counterfeit goods

Very low-quality fake clothes, stay away from this company.......................Update: Wayrates replied but it was useless. They only offered a credit or £8 back! I paid £36, so £8 shows they really don’t care about customers. Avoid this company completely, total scamm.

This company stinks. The crap they sell is Chinese made trash! Their site is set up so you can’t return a product. Try filling out the return form and it is automatically rejected. Will not accept your return! They sell things that look and feel like children made them . Coming from China they probably did!

Returning them cost me £26, but they sent them back to me claiming the return address wasn’t valid. The quality was very bad, so they went straight in the bin.
