I simply wanted the regular shirts and I'm very pleased. Not only did I score a good deal, but having them arrive in only a week was quite good. If you plan to shop from this site, go ahead without worry. I would surely buy from here again. My only small complaint would be that the authentic shirts I got didn't have the choice for badges on the sleeves, but I can easily take these to my local shop and have them put on. I placed an order for a kit in late August

I placed an order for a kit in late August, only to be informed that an item was on backorder. I received several emails with ever-changing estimated arrival dates, which were repeatedly postponed. As a result, our soccer players still don't have the correct uniforms. While I appreciate the presence of a customer service department (unlike some other providers), I wish they were more transparent about delivery times. I might as well have purchased the shirt and arranged customization myself. It's disappointing that there isn't a more efficient and reliable system for youth soccer uniform kits, considering the demand. Two stars for effort and customer service.

1 Star? Absolutely too generous. Ordered back in January. Not a single item has even shipped by mid-March, and don't even get me started on their customer service – utterly disappointing. Warning to all potential customers: tread carefully on this site. It's a risky endeavor. To top it off, my card got hacked too. I had heard positive things about them before, but whatever transpired has turned this into a complete nightmare of an experience.

I ordered a product over a week ago. All items were listed as "In Stock". I still dont have my product, The cusotmer service reps wont follow up with Fed Ex and the only response I get from Customer service is "Dont you know who we are...". I still dont have my products and customer service keeps giving me the same line. I would give 0 stars if possible.
