Vorsicht - Keine Verbraucher-Rechte bei kaputter Ware!!

Offenbar ist diesem amerikanischen Unternehmen das Thema Gewährleistung nicht präsent, und auch egal. Also dass wenn eine Ware von Anfang an fehlerhaft ist, Kunden Anspruch auf Ersatz oder Reparatur oder Rückerstattung haben. Das ist eine wichtige und teure Erkenntnis! Ihr habt als europäische Kunden keinerlei Rechte! Ich rate daher vom Kauf bei diesem Unternehmen ab. Ich hatte zwei runtergesetzte Pyjamas (immer noch 120 Euro pro Stück) erworben, die offensichtlich länger auf Lager gelegen hatten. Nach der ersten Handwäsche (!) wurde das Material brüchig und reißt an den Nähten auf. Nach Beschwerde möchte man mir 25 % des Kaufpreises erstatten, aber das würde bedeuten, dass ich rund 180 Euro in den Ofen geworfen habe. Eine Ersatzlieferung kommt auch nicht in Frage, weil das Teil ja schon gewaschen wurde. 😡

Nie wieder, ein Umtausch dauert 2 1/2 Minate

Retoure und Umtasch dauerte 2,5 Monate am 29. Januar gekauft und bezahlt. Am 6. Februar eine Retoure gewünscht, da zwei von vier Artikeln nicht passten. Eine Rücknahme wurde abgelehnt und ein Umtausch angeboten. Der Umtausch klappte über Wochen nicht, trotz meiner Angaben, welche Größe ich möchte. (Die Größenangaben sind miteinander nicht vergleichbar, Trägertops sind anders in der Größe als Blusen, das muss ja Probleme geben.) Die Adresse für die Übersendung erhielt ich erst nach vielen Mails. Nach der Übersendung Mitte Februar konnte die Ware dort angeblich nicht gefunden werden. Immer wieder Textbausteinen in Deutsch und englisch. Am 1. April hatte ich mein geld wieder. NIE wieder. 44 E-Mails (22 meine, 22 Silky) um Ware umzutauschen und 2 Monate, das lohnt nicht.

Heute ist der 1.April und seit 6 Wochen kämpfe ich für 3 Artikel die ich zurückgeschickt habe um meine 177 Euro. !!! (noch nicht erhalten)Man hat mich lange hingehalten um die 30 Tage auszuschöpfen..Alles in allem: Kauft nur wenn Ihr 100% nicht zurückschicken wollt, was schwer ist, weil die Ware halt nicht immer passen kann. Kundenservice ist nicht mal den einen Stern wert. Die Qualität von dem einen Produkt was ich behalten habe ist ok. Kriegt man aber auch in D. Firma wollte unbedingt dass ich die Ware behalte und eine Ermässigung angeboten..aber es passte ja nicht.. Ich habe angeboten, weil ich merkte ich sehe mein Geld nicht mehr, eine Bettlaken dafür zu bekommen. Jetzt sind 30 Tage rum. Ich habe gar keine Rechte mehr und meine fast 180 Euro sind weg!!!!!:(

Ich habe vor einem Monat Ware zurückgeschickt und immer noch keinen Umtausch beziehungsweise mein Geld zurückbekommen. Obwohl ich mit Anwalt gedroht habe, antworten sie nicht. Telefonisch sind sie nicht erreichbar. Ich habe nicht nur mein Geld nicht zurück, sondern auch noch das Porto für die Rücksendung zusätzlich bezahlt. Ich werde eine Anzeige bei der Polizei wegen Betrugs einreichen und die Verbraucherzentrale informieren, außerdem melde ich die Firma bei Paypal als umseriöse Firma. Ich kann nur jedem raten“Finger weg „

Rückabwicklung Unseriös

Die Rücksendungsabwicklung ist extrem unseriös. Man wird hingehalten, vertröstet, die Firma spart an allem und man hat den Eindruck es ist die Firmenpolitik Kunden unzufrieden zurück zu lassen Ich kann nur abraten hier zu bestellen!!

Habe weder Ware noch das Geld

Musste eine schlechte Erfahrung machen. Der Anbieter lässt keine Retourenlabels zukommen. Ich habe selber über DHL geschickt und nun behauptet der Verkäufer nichts erhalten zu haben und nun verweigert mir die Kosten zu erstatten.

Um eine Ware zurückzusenden mutet man dem Kunden ein unglaublich umständliches Verfahren zu! Habe ich noch nie erlebt! Ich kaufe hier nie wieder ein! Ist es Absicht die Rücksendung so kompliziert abschreckend zu gestalten?

Es gibt keine Rücksendeadresse und auch kein Impressum. Meine Mail mit der Bitte um eine Adresse für die Rücksendung wurde mit einer KI-generierten Antwort beantwortet, die vollkommen inadäquat war. Die Firma macht den Eindruck, unseriös zu sein. Ich rate davon ab, hier zu bestellen.

My package arrived in about 10 days and was well-packed, even with gift envelopes. The customer service team was quick and polite in answering my questions. I’m happy with the products, the quality is great, the silk feels amazing, and the colors are true to what was shown. I handwashed everything using silk detergent, and it still looks great. I will definitely buy from here again.

Warning! Very poor quality and no guarantee!

I have reported after 2 months of purchrase with photos, detailed description and offer to return the clothes that the trousers are unravelling (hand wash only, only worn in bed,..). The customer centre is either an AI or the people have a pool of English phrases, as the messages repeat word for word and contradict each other. No guarantee was given. After months of very frustrating discussions, a paltry 15% refund was offered (not yet received). No matter how cheap the offer, Silksilky is not worth the price (still far too expensive to only wear for 2 months). Organic silk trousers from another manufacturer, which are hardly more expensive, not only feel better but also last for several years.

SILKSILKY is my new favorite place for really nice clothes at a fair price. I bought a silk midi-skirt to wear with a special jacket, and it was much better than I thought it would be. The silk is good quality, lined, and cut so it hangs nicely. It came really quick, too. What makes SILKSILKY stand out is that when I asked about sizing – I’m small but have a big ribcage, so my waist is large, and I wished the skirt had a stretchy band – they not only gave me helpful advice but, when the skirt arrived, they had added a stretchy band just for me!!! I’m so happy and very pleased. They said: “We are always happy to help our customers as much as we can,” and that others might want a similar fit. Don’t think twice about ordering from them. Absolutely lovely and good quality silk. I adore this summer robe. It feels and looks fancy. It is 100% silk. I bought the light pink and the white floral, both amazing. Colors are bright and very lovely. They do not fully cross in the middle but the pink has an inside closure rope to keep it in place. Best to order a larger size than usual if you want a full comfortable closure. What I do miss is a hanging loop. The silk is so delicate that unless you use a hanger all the time you will be hanging it from the collar, not a good idea. Delivery was very quick. Wash it by hand if you want to maintain the shine and softness. There is minimal bleeding of the colors if you wash it in cool water and hang to dry.

This was my first time buying from this company, and I’ll continue to shop with them because of the kind and understanding support I got. It said, 'Please note that it usually takes a little time to process returns and exchanges once the warehouse has given feedback on the returned items.' That was three weeks ago, and I’m still waiting.

I do wish the pillowcases were a few inches wider for my foam pillow, but they fit just fine, so it's not a big deal. The silk feels great, and I’ll likely buy again.
