Our family just adopted our sweet Arya through Pawrade, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the first day, I was able to communicate directly with Arya’s breeder, multiple phone calls, messages, and even a Zoom video call. The breeder was so kind and answered every question. Pawrade also had a 3-way supervised messaging chat sorta like an iphone app that allows direct recorded communication with my breeder. What really impressed me was Pawrade’s health requirements. Before Arya could travel, the breeder had to complete a detailed Veterinary Health Report. This wasn’t just a quick health certificate - it was a head-to-tail exam covering skin & coat (fleas, ticks, infections), eyes (discharge, vision issues), teeth & gums (bite alignment), musculoskeletal system (hips, patella luxation, hernias, open fontanelle), cardiovascular (heart murmur check), respiratory system, ears, urogenital checks, gastrointestinal history, weight, body condition score, temperature, pulse, AND a required fecal test for parasites. All vaccination dates, doses, and lot numbers were documented and had to meet Pawrade’s strict schedule before she could leave. I was told if anything came about in the health screening that they would post pone travel to ensure the puppy's welfare first and foremost. I had a tight schedule and was nervous about a delay but Arya passed all tests and got to travel as scheduled. This level of scrutiny is far beyond what most breeders provide you usually just get a health certificate and take their word for it. Pawrade’s process removes guesswork and ensures every puppy has been seen by a vet shortly before travel. I’ve seen rumors online about Pawrade working with “puppy mills.” It felt unhinged on random forums and made the decision to see. After going through this process, that simply doesn’t make sense, no puppy mill could keep up with this level of veterinary documentation, transparency, and buyer - breeder communication. Arya arrived on September 9th around 7:30pm, wagging her tail and full of love. I cried happy tears. She was healthy, socialized, and adjusted beautifully. Honestly, I was a bit scared to try this site with so many scams around. But on the other hand, I had just a bad time trying to get a puppy another way, which ended with me having the puppy less than two days before it died because of carelessness from the other side. With Pawrade, I think your experience depends a lot on the breeder you get. I was lucky to have a good breeder who FaceTimed me with the puppy and sent new pictures when I asked. She knew about my last bad time and agreed to keep the puppy longer to get vaccinations done, which made me less worried about sickness. I picked up the puppy, and she was healthy with no parasites. My vets were happy with her and love to see her. Pawrade kept good communication even after I paid and picked up my puppy. I would use Pawrade again, but I wish there was a way to pick the same breeder again. Also, a way to filter puppies by area would be nice for people who want to drive to get their puppy. I love my new puppy and would use Pawrade again.

After losing my dear dog, I never thought I’d be ready for another so soon. But then I found Pawrade. Their no puppy mill pledge was a big deal for me since I’ve always rescued pets before. This was my first time actually paying for a dog. We drove over 20 hours, only to get a call when we were just 2 hours away—our pup was sick with a respiratory infection and needed a week of antibiotics. We were crushed since we couldn’t stay that long. But Kelly from Pawrade really came through. She found us another puppy, same breed, sex, and color, just two days older, and only an hour away from our original spot. It was hard letting go of our first choice, but our new little guy is perfect. Pawrade was super professional, ensuring we didn't take home a sick puppy and making everything right.

The team behind it is good at organizing, communicating, and providing a smooth experience to help you find the perfect puppy. One issue I have though is that you can’t always be sure about the breeders. Even though they are checked, when I got my puppy, the paperwork for the shots and meds seemed sketchy. My doctor wasn’t happy that the forms weren’t official and lacked proper signatures. I still believe Pawrade will keep improving and earn back my full trust in time. I’m still happy to have used the site to bring home my new puppy.

There were a few last-minute steps that caused problems before I could fly to get Layla, but Pawrade managed to fix them in time to keep our travel plans intact. I think they could work on their communication, but overall it was a smooth process and now we have a cute new family member.

We got our new Sheepadoodle, now named Magnolia (Maggie) in very good shape. Her delivery team from Puzzle Piece Carriers were friendly and kept in touch the whole two day trip from Ohio. She is happy, healthy and lovely! The overall Pawrade experience was good, though I wish it had been a bit more clear about the actual bred info. I managed to find the bred and look at their State records after some online searching but it would have been nicer if Pawrade shared this. Other than that we are very happy with Maggie.

The customer service is really good.

The customer service is really good. We got a clever little poodle. He's adjusting nicely to our family. After just one week, it's hard to believe that he sleeps in his own bed in our master bath, next to the bedroom. We put up a security gate to keep him there, and he doesn't make a sound from 10pm until 8am. He's almost fully housebroken, around 90%. Such a wonderful little companion!
