What you see online is NOT what you get

I have a Great Dane and I ordered the largest size. It hardly has any stuffing and is nothing like the picture shown. Very disappointed. My dog couldn't even fit on like they show in the pictures. They offer 30 day returns to China at your expense which will cost more to return and figure no one will return them. So they are making money off of junk. They offered me $25.00 refund to keep it. Big deal!! I paid a 179.00 for a piece of junk. Buyer beware.... I went to Petsmart and got 2 x-large tempurpedic beds and spent only a $139.00 total with plenty of room to spare for my dogs. Giving the piece of low quality garbage away since I can't use it. Don't trust this company. They do a bait and switch.

Ordered 2 beds. One showed up after two weeks, still waiting for the second. Already asked about refund / return before it’s even here, that tells you enough, dosen’t it? Total waste of money, bad quality, bad stitching, barely any padding. Opened the box and just went nope. Now waiting for return info, and guess what? I have to pay for it myself. Lovely! Better to buy from a local store or somewhere that takes returns without charging you. Huge red flag when a company makes you pay to send stuff back—either they don’t trust their own product or get so many returns they can’t cover it. Either way, avoid.

This dog bed is realy poor quality.

This dog bed is realy poor quality. My 25 lb golden doodle drags it around easy since it's super light. It has no support at all and looks nothing like the pictures they show. I tried to send it back but it's from China and the return costs $45 (has to be in original wrap - it's air sealed, so good luck getting it back like that). I wouldn’t tell anyone to buy this bed! It’s a waste of money.

Just got one of the 2 beds I ordered.

Just got one of the 2 beds I ordered. The anxiety bed outer ring arrived but there is no insert for my dog to lay on. Website reviews looked good, but after finding them on Trustpilot I’m feeling worried. The “padding” under the zip seems like it has almost no filling at all. Everything feels cheap and not the size it said. Not happy with the half a bed I have recived.

The anxiety bed l bought did not come in the right size even after six days l tried to reach the seller but nothing is solved l ordered large and honestly it's tiny really upset by all this cost to send it what l thought was the UK is actually from China so not worth it l won't order again leaves my poor anxious girl without what l hoped would help her

If I could, I’d rate this bed a zero! It feels cheaply made. My dog refuses to lay on it. The stuffing is really slippery, I don’t even feel comfortable stepping on it. I don’t know what the filling is, but it’s awful! I won’t buy from this company again! I’ve had it for 8 months and none of my dogs want anything to do with it. Zero stars from me!

I haven't even received

I haven't even received the bed yet, and it's been almost a month since I placed the order. To make matters worse, it was stuck in New York for a whole week. I really hope the bed is worth all this wait. Your shipping process leaves much to be desired.

Never got $189.00worth of items

Ordered on the 10th of December. Still tapping my nails while I receive Bot responses from their company. Items are from China. PayPal is how I purchased so they are running down the clock

Awful rip-off business.

Awful rip-off business. I really should have checked the reviews first. The mattress is uneven and you can feel the floor under it. Cheap material, flashy ads. Got me good!

False Advertising

Item overpriced and not as described. Returned for refund had to pay $49 , would have been easier giving $49 away to charity
