Got my coins, no drama

Obviously a Scam Website xD

Apparently it fits into another site with a STRONG name but that will always have those small SCAM cases. I bought a Black Ops 6 bundle, they simply "Couldn't" deliver it because the gifts were disabled. The gifts were enabled more than 2 times so far and they didn't deliver it. I asked for a refund, they said they would refund me within 3 days. Done. Simply 1 month and 14 days have passed and NOTHING of the refund that was promised. I try to contact the Manager by email and discord and the guy simply doesn't have the ability to answer me. I contact support again and they tell me that it is not possible to refund to my payment method... Curious, isn't it? Then they tell me to choose something else from the site to exchange for it. I ask for a Steam gift card. MAGICALLY THE GIFTCARD IS NO LONGER SOLD ON THE SITE. How incredible the effort of a considerably large COMPANY like this is to be scamming simply 8 DOLLARS. My first contact with them was on APRIL 5th. I contacted them several times including today. and it's always the same answers... they pretend to try to help you and then stop responding until the chat is closed.

Horrible experience

Used their service the other day. Purchased a product that took hours to receive then once I finally did i logged into my account to find that it was suspended. The company is aware of these suspensions yet it still sells it's product. I contacted customer service whom was rude and snarky and domt care about the services they provide. I politely asked for a refund as I was not abke to use the product and they told me they would be keeping my money!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Known is not trustable

This guys are just scammers. They sell stuff the know they dont have. WHen the resources are not deposited on your account they will just put a bot in the support to claim for patiente for days just to borrow time. I cant believe i get scammed like this. Be really carefull with this site, absolue scam 100% Attached the image with the proof of course, date of purchase and the current date

Had several successful transactions, then one where they just kept leading me on. It was obvious they didnt have items. Chat bot is ridiculous and useless. Dont waste your time with them (either N Koreans or Chinese).

Order a product from them and they could not deliver , promised me a refund waiting from 22 november 2025 to get my refund, chat support keep saying we will refund and we will speed up, so far nothing

They just got the entire NCAA community banned. Large group of people that are on both consoles using their service were just banned on 8-15-25.
