I'm so glad I decided to order my bridesmaid dress online. Big thanks to missacc! I got my dress just 14 days after I ordered it. It was packed well and shipped inside out to avoid any damage. This company sent a dress that did not mirror the photo on their website. After finding another dress and completing my ceremony, I reached out to them to complete a return. They offered me a slight refund and a discount code. I explained that I wanted a full refund as the dress did not match the description on their site. I was told it was past the 14 return period and their offer was the best they could do. I explained that they return policy did not mention returning the dress if it did not look like the dress in their pictures and I requested contact information for a supervisor or customer relations so I could discuss the matter further. Katie then began ignoring me completely. I continued to follow up every few days without response.

Poor Quality- BUYER BEWARE

I received my dress and it has multiple areas of fabric bunching and a hole in the dreee, the back zipper area is also in horrible condition. I paid $260 including shipping and after sending them pictures of the quality related concerns, I have been offered a $30 refund to take the dress to a tailor for repairs, which is a joke. They respond to you very intermittently regardless of when you email them. They do not intend to make this right. This is a scam. Find a reputable company.

I got my second dress from Missacc. They make the dresses after you order them. I asked for a special color because the one I wanted wasn’t listed. To my surprise, they made the dress in that color. Even though I gave my measurements, the dress needed a few small changes, which I expected. I’m really happy with the dress, how fast I got it, and the quality. I didn’t like the color of the first dress I got. The petal pink was too bright, so I chose champagne instead. They don’t take returns, but they gave me a good discount on the second dress since I didn’t use the first one. This dress is for my wedding, so paying $350 total was still a good deal. Now a friend of mine is getting married a month later, and I plan to tell her to get her bridesmaid dresses from Missacc too. Overall, it was a good experiance. I ordered in early July, and it came in 20 days.
