Lasta has really surprised me and been super helpful in helping me manage my health. Being able to track my mood with my meals gives me a better understanding of my well-being. I've tested a bunch of health apps before, but none have been as good as Lasta.

So, here's the scoop. I tried this program thinking I'd get a free trial, but turns out it was just a discounted first month. They said it'd be free, but I ended up paying around $23 for the first 30 days. Then, out of the blue, they charged me $92.43 via PayPal before my trial even ended. Luckily, my checking account wasn't involved. I reached out to their billing department asking for some kind of refund because they renewed my plan two days early without telling me. They just apologized and said they wouldn't charge me next month and canceled my service. Heads up, their renewal dates can jump ahead without warning, so brace yourself for unexpected charges. Didn't lose any weight or hit any goals, and I'm telling everyone to steer clear from them.

Stay away from this company. If I could leave them 0 stars, I would. I was excited to sign up, but noticed right away that they charged me multiple times. I reached out to let them know, but they tooks weeks (literally, WEEKS) to reply to me. And when they did reply, their response was that they wouldn't refund any payments. Huh? So I had to get paypal involved, and paypal made them refund one of the payments. Great (except that it took two months for me to get my money back). By then, I told Lasta that I wanted ALL of my money back, because their customer service is attrocious. I have never registered, and have never used the app at all, and I wanted a refund. Their response was that they don't have to refund my money and so they're not going to. They do not care about their customers, and if they can rip you off, they will. STAY AWAY!

Checked my email and bam, they already charged me again! Twice in one month, and not even 30 days apart. Still no luck getting anyone on the phone, and my email got the usual "someone will reach out in 2-3 days" nonsense. Super frustrating.

I had not yet signed up for my chair yoga membership and so received a very snarky email from Lasta. The town was very condescending and just a little threatening. It said something to the effect of “ You have not yet signed up for membership. Your information will be deleted, sorry.” In the body of the email they believe that tough love is the best way to gain business.🤨😒 Whether this app is legit and if the exercises work or not, you treat your customers And potential customers better by motivation and encouragement. Pretty much common sense of you ask me.

I started thinking maybe I wasn’t signed up or charged after all. Then, surprise! On January 28, I saw a charge of $55.82 for a monthly renewal. I freaked out and denied the charge with my credit card company, but I couldn’t find any way to contact Lasta. They really need a better way to reach them online, not just through their useless app. Can anyone help me sort this out?

Signed up on 9/29/24 for a three-month deal at $19.54, but right after that, another charge of $9.90 appeared with no reason given. Fast forward a month to 10/27, and I get hit with a $29.99 charge outta nowhere. Tried calling customer service and it's a dead end, they just tell you to go online. So I go online and all their so-called "help" is about the app, not about billing issues. Already canceled my membership after the trial, but I still want my $29.99 back. This whole thing has been super frustrating.
