    Infotraer rapidly traced the info I needed. It helped confirm a likely hack of the person's account I was speaking to. I didn't want to pay for a continuous subscription. I quickly connected with the company's chat CS. Darline sorted everything out with high efficiency. I'm an entirely satisfied customer. I'd surely use this service again.

    The search ended up being a letdown

    The search ended up being a letdown, but the chat support was helpful. It’s misleading to promote with a name and then bombard with pages of tiny text saying you’ll be charged just to reveal the VIN and vehicle type, especially since another page already provided that info for free. They did refund the $2.95 fee though.

    I thought that I was just paying a minimal amount for short access, but didn't realize that I signed up for a subsription until I saw the charge. I also misunderstood what the service included. I explained all of this in an email and it was immediately addressed. I truly appreciate the level of service.

    With subscription services, many firms make canceling hard. Still, InfoTracer is one of the best I've found since it gives you a refund if you don't use it in seven days.

    I've never tried InfoTracer before.

    I've never tried InfoTracer before. Using their interface was straightforward. The results came quickly. The way the info is organized lets you scroll and read every area or click on specific results. The details they gave were thorough and detailed. To check the results, I ran a report on myself. The results were precise, and I feel sure that the info I got from other reports was about 99% accurate. When I had a password issue, the "chat" service was easy to use and quick. No long waits to talk to someone. My experience with this company was good. I'll be suggesting it to anyone needing this type of service.

    InfoTracer is B.S. Don't waste uour money!

    InfoTracer is a waste of time and money. I was trying to look up someone's name by their tag and VIN, and mostly what came up is vehicle specs, and alot of that was missing. It didn't even show the gross vehicle weight... thats pretty lame! Waste of time and $2.95!
